We had an excellent tour with Mark who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very engaging with the group. I would highly recommend the tour and Mark made it memorable with personal stories and hidden gems we would have walked right past had it not been for going on the tour.

We (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 dog) were guided by the excellent Lizzie and found this an easy way to understand some of the history of Oxford, gain some insight into its histories and get some pointers on other things to do there. The highlight has to be access to some of the colleges (in our case Exeter). As an outsider, you typically poke your nose in rather than have the confidence to walk right in. This tour takes you all the way through and explains the stories and the customs. There were a couple of buildings that we couldn't take the dog into, though that didn't affect the tour much. The pace was good and we finished almost bang on 2 hours.John was interesting and entertaining. A great introduction to Oxford, despite the rain! Fascinating back stories to the colleges.

Despite inclement weather the tales kept coming. You could tell this was a subject close to Trevor's heart and was very informative and enjoyed by my wife and I and our two young children
