Nikki was the best. My wife and I had the best time. She rode Magnum, and I was on Duncan; what an AWESOME creature. The paths were great, the views breathtaking, and the experience is by far one of the best we have ever had in wine country. Do not miss this!

This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend leaving early, I left 20min early and was 10min late, you need to find it and fill out a paper. There was 2 instructors, a female and a male. They were both amazing and so friendly and inviting. If you’re afraid of heights be prepared, there’s 3 parts that tensed me up. One of which I did scream but everyone was so nice to me and with heavy breathing I made it through. Trust your horse, my boy was the best , with a little attitude but I love that. I haven’t been on a horse in 21 years and I was much smaller, but I had a blast and I want to go back! Magical place for trail ride!!!!!

Such a gorgeous trail! We took the Heritage Oaks ride and it was my first time riding. The horses were very easy to ride; gentle, responsive, good pace. And our guide was excellent and very paitent with us :) Can't wait to go back!

I booked a tour for my significant other and myself. This was truly amazing. The horses are beautiful and well-trained. You can tell how much they care for their horses. The trails had amazing views of Lake Sonoma. If you are looking for an adventure that is good for beginners, this is it! The wine add-on was a nice treat for after the ride.

We had a great experience with our guide and the beautiful views of the lake. Our reservation was scheduled at a time when it was supposed to rain and our reservation would have been canceled. We we received a call early that morning and we were able to reschedule just before the rain. The staff is friendly, attentive, passionate, and care about the safety of their horses and clients.

Beautiful lake views to match the beautiful horses. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and the horses were well behaved. The tour started and finished on time. We were able to feed the horses apples after our ride and were also provided with complimentary water. Overall, a great trail ride and a highlight of our trip!

Just an hour of our day, but the views were amazing the small group we had made the trip special. Nicki was a great guide and we enjoyed the history lessons along the way! The four legged tour guides were well behaved and KNEW the routine! Thanks, Nicki!

We loved this! Nikki our tour guide was incredible. Beautiful ranch overlooking Sonoma Lake. We loved our horses and had an incredible anniversary.

The location is beautiful and Lake Sonoma is stunning from the trails. We took the hour-long trail ride and there were plenty of things to see and the horses were well trained and responsive. The owners were on-site and very friendly. I only wish we could have stayed longer, because the location was so beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing private ride. The views were incredible, the horses were beautiful and well trained and our guide was full of information and fun conversation. Clean ranch with sweet doggos to boot! Highly recommend!

A very knowledgeable horse woman who was familiar with the vegetation and history of the area. Safety came first and the equipment was all in good repair. The horses (and my mule Leslie) were healthy, well behaved, and seemed happy to do their jobs! Well done!!

We had a very nice ride. Almost 2 hours. There were 6 people in our group with different skill levels. Trail was pretty Rocky the first hour from all the rain earlier. Horses very well cared for.😎

Nikki, our guide, was friendly and accommodating. She consistently checked in with our group throughout the ride to ensure we were comfortable and feeling good. Nikki was flexible with the group and when two riders wanted to stop, she finished a portion of the tour, let them off, then took the rest of us on an extended tour. The instructions on how to direct the horses were clear, and Nikki would look back at the group throughout the tour and give us notes on how to hold the reins. The scenery was beautiful, I felt safe on the horse, and overall it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Ranch. The owners, Niki and David, were wonderful hosts and very personable. We enjoyed chatting with them and the other guests and learning all about their ranch. You can tell that they are passionate about horses and love them a lot. Our trail ride was lovely and the view was amazing. My horse, Quincy, was very nice and it was great to learn about all the horses personalities. My friend is an experienced rider (as a retired police officer of the horse unit) and he enjoyed it as much as I did (I’m a beginner). The horses are well-cared for and they rescue their horses, which is awesome. While you’re there, say hi to Pearl, their sweet little rescued dog. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it! We will be back!
