Jose was a great guide sharing stories about the history of Madrid and taking us to some very interesting and tasty tapas bars via interesting sites in the centre of Madrid. Highly recommended.

Andrea was the best guide we have ever had on one of these kinds of tours (and we try to Do them in every new place we travel). She was warm, engaging, told us a great deal, balanced between history and the food were we eating. She was not boring for one minute. I was truly sad when the evening ended. I wanted it to continue since it was so much fun. If you get the opportunity to go with Andrea, don’t hesitate. AND, the food places we went were steeped in history and the food delicious!

Had a great time on our tour with Eleanor. She was an entertaining host, loked after everyone's dietary requirements, and had lots of useful information about how to have a fun time in Madrid. The food and drink was all very tasty, and wide range of tapas to try and plenty of it as well so we felt very well fed by the end of the evening.

This was one of the best food tours we’ve ever done! Isaac was an amazing guide, sharing the history and culture of Madrid, as well as his passion for the city. The food was outstanding, and it was such a great experience to sample the tapas specialty of each place we visited, standing elbow to elbow at the bar. Ending the evening with a sit-down experience was the perfect finale for a fantastic evening. We highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I took this tour on our honeymoon and it was filled with great information to help us navigate a bustling and overwhelming city, delicious food that I am still craving and a fun and light hearted environment facilitated by Daniel - he is top notch. I would highly recommend this experience!!

Isaac was our guide. He did an outstanding job of teaching us about Spanish history and pointing out important places as we moved from pub to pub. Each location had special tapas that were unique and tasty. He made the tour perfect.

I was visiting on business and managed to add on a couple of days. This was definitely the best thing I did in Madrid. It is not always fun being in a strange city by yourself, but this is a great way to learn something, find the best places to eat and have some company. We were a mixed group, mainly young professionals and even a couple of kids, which is no problem in Madrid (or most places in Spain). The food and drink was really good - all in family run places you might otherwise have missed. Try everything, you might not like it all, but you are sure to be pleasantly surprised by something. The history was very relatable - human stories, not just a load of random facts and dates. Montse, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and the perfect host. Although from the USA, you could tell she was rightly proud of her Spanish heritage.

We had a wonderful experience learning about Madrid and tasting the different food and drinks with Isaac, our tour guide. Isaac was very engaging in telling about the history of Madrid and the different food and drinks. It was all very delicious with a very nice pace set for tasting and seeing some sights. We would highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic! We had David who was incredible. He gave us amazing history, tips on navigating the city, and of course great food. My wife doesn't drink alcohol and another member of the tour had dietary restrictions and they did such a good job accommodating them.

This tour is worthwhile, we had a fantastic night, saw places of Madrid and had drinks and food in small run family bars that would’ve been hard to find if we were doing this by ourselves, plus the added bonus of being in a small group and having a lot of laughs

We had an amazing tour with Daniel. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see a whole new side of Madrid that we would never have seen by ourselves. We did the tour on day 1 of our stay and it meant that we received knowledge to help plan the rest of our stay and know where to eat well. A great day and well worth it.

We went to 4 different restaurants and were exposed to lots of different types of Tapas. At each stop we were offered wine, vermouth or beer. Montse, our guide, did a great job telling us about the history of different areas as we moved between locations. I would absolutely recommend this small group tour.
