Our expectations were exceeded in this cooking class. We particularly recommend the morning class, which includes a visit to a local market, where you are shown many ingredients and can also taste them. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and explained everything sufficiently and clearly. We also in total had 11 dishes and could chose individually which we want to cook. Above all, special attention was paid to individual intolerances or preferences (vegetarian etc.)!

Ming, Ming, Ming!!!!!! The best cooking instructor. Absolutely loved this intimate cooking class. Her personality throughout the class was so welcoming and funny. I would def recommend this place to anyone interested in Thai food..! You get way more than what u think, so come on a empty stomach..

very good cooking class! our host was helpful and knowledgeable. all the dishes were delicious! did not leave hungry. the market tour was great as well. will definitely be trying some of these recipes at home!

The food was incredible, such an amazing experience. It was especially special to learn about the Akha cuisine in addition to the Thai cuisine! Jasmine was such a great instructor, I would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn a little bit more about Thailand and experience a fun activity.

The best cooking class I’ve done in Asia! Jasmine was a great host and educated us about the Akha people whilst bringing humour to the evening. We prepared several delicious dishes - some chosen by ourselves - to make it a wholesome, educational, and overall amazing experience. I’d recommend this cooking course for those that want to try new flavours and unique experiences.

Jasmine was an amazing instructor teaching the small class all about the dishes, cooking technique, and the Thai & Akha cultures. The class had so much fun cooking and eating together. I would highly recommend this class.

Great experience! Our instructor was very informative and everything was timed out perfectly. I liked how she would have us taste our dishes and then tell us what to do if it was too sweet, salty, lacked flavor(etc.). The cleanliness seemed really good and the space had air con units which took some edge off the warm summer heat.

The class was wonderful. The chef was very gracious and was patient with everyone. The food tasted excellent, every single dish. Would highly recommend.

The cooking class was perfect. I barley recommend it! Well organised and the portions are perfect. If you book the cookery course in the morning, it's best to skip breakfast ;-)

I already wrote a review in Trip Advisor. This was an outstanding experience. Niti is a passionate, entertaining, and knowledgable chef. We all had a lot of fun and learned a great deal about Thai cooking. Can't wait to get home and start cooking!

Ming was a great instructor. She was very funny and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely book this class again if I had the chance.

I booked the morning tour and we got to try to market food (no extra fee). So delicious. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow along with. I ate a lot of things today I never thought I would try. Delicious, all of it. The morning was so long and there was a lot of food, but it was so worth it.

Jasmine（our guide and chef）is super awesome. We love the morning market and cooking. The place is clean and raw materials are fresh. cooking procress is easy to follow（again thx to Jasmine‘s professional guidance）and the food is GOOD. And you got lot of choices of dishes. Cool.

It was positively sweltering. One of the hottest days of my life omg. Would highly suggest doing this class when it’s less at 50C lol However, our teacher was funny, knowledgeable, and understanding. We learned all about how to cook, what we’re cooking and the history of the meals we made. I left feeling so proud of myself! And omg the food tasted amazing! My favorite was the hot and sour soup…it was so crazy delicious. Word to the wise: COME HUNGRY! I was so full I ended up not really eating the last few meals. But they bag everything up so you can take it with you. I had a very delicious breakfast the next day haha

The experience was awesome! They were super punctual. Visiting the market was a great experience and then all the cooking experience was amazing. The teacher was so friendly and all the dishes were delicious. I strongly recommend this activity in Chiang Mai.
