This was honestly me and my girlfriends favortire excursion that we did during our 2 weeks in Italy, the teacher (man with a mullet *sorry I forgot your name*) was amazing he walked all of us through each step of making the pastas and the final product was amazing. Class was great! We made 3 different shapes of pasta and the instructor cooked 3 different sauces. Great atmosphere with lots of wine! Super knowledgeable instructor. 10/10 recommend.

So worth it! Made 3 types of pasta, drank lots of wine, our chef cooked them up and gave us great cooking tips, and shared some of his favorite places in the city. We were paired with one other couple. Some of the best pasta we had the whole time in Italy.

My daughter and I took this class and it was the Highlight of our trip to Florence! I can't wait to get home to try out the recipes on my own!!!

Everything about this experience was amazing. Davide was a great teacher with a great and funny personality. The food was incredible and we all learned a lot about preparing and eating great food. We all had so much fun and cant wait to try out what we learned on other family and friends.

Chef Marco was phenomenal. We made a lot of “sexy” pasta! He was engaging, fun and so much helpful little hints so we can go home and cook true Italian dishes the way Nonna did! We cannot say enough amazing things about this experience! A lasting memory for years to come!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this was so much fun. You don’t have to cook to enjoy this experience! We made made our own pasta and our chef showed us 3 different sauces to make. I couldn’t choose my favorite. They were all amazing. I can’t wait to try it when we go home!

If there is anything you should do whilst in Florence then you should do this. It was completely not what we expected and totally exceeded our expectations. Marco Blake is an excellent host and honestly I could have stayed there all day drinking wine and eating pasta. The experience feels totally unique and we met lovely people on top of it. It was the highlight of our trip. And Marco if you read this get Lupi wine from Moldova if you want to try a good wine from this region!

This was a great class. Twelve people attended and our chef led a pasta making class and multiple uses of pasta dough including ravioli, cappelletti, pappardelle . He demonstrated sauces to serve with the pasta - which were all superb. Everyone clearly enjoyed the class. Highly recommend the class!!

From the beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and welcoming. Simone walked us through how he made his sauce and we cooked to until we completed making our pastas, including sipping wine as we went along.

So fun! The class was easy to follow and the 3 pasta dishes were excellent!! Definitely able to make them at home!

I booked this event only because I had to cancel another due to the weather. I am so glad I didn’t miss out! Chef Davide did an excellent job! Not only did he explain all of the ingredients and even some of the history behind the ingredients, but he had a great sense of humor. The food was amazing. The wine was amazing. The group was amazing. I later recommended this to a number of people I met during my vacation and I hope they booked this event. You can’t go wrong do it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class. The chef gave us good instruction, answered our questions, and shared with us some of his personal experiences and background. The facility was nice and centrally located. We enjoyed sipping wine while learning techniques and in the end we all ate several delicious pasta dishes!

Chef Marco was such a great instructor and very funny and entertaining in the process! He made learning so much fun and really taught us a lot. The class is very hands-on and the 3 pastas we made were absolutely delicious when paired with the 3 different sauces we were taught. Honestly, it was the best dinner we had in our week in Florence so far—and that says a lot because the restaurants here are amazing! We loved all the wines served as well and the unexpected gift of being able to take our aprons home. Highly recommend!

We made 3 different pastas and 3 different sauces. All were great and we had an excellent teacher that let us keep our aprons. Oh yeah, they included unlimited wine too.

This was my first cooking class for my husbands birthday making fresh pasta and it was amazing! We learned how to make 3 types of pastas, others in the class were great, a few also had a chance to cook a bit with the chef, had some wine to pair with our meal as well! The chef was funny and very knowledgeable about the techniques and how to created the base sauce for each pasta dish! Highly recommended!!
