We loved our tour with Ramses. He was warm, funny and full of interesting stories and information. His uni study in history and anthropology no doubt helped to make his tour a deep and interesting intro to the city and his passion for the subject is clear. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had a wonderful time.

There is a reason this is the best rated walking tour in Amsterdam. We had no trouble finding the meeting point. Our guide Zaida was entertaining and knowledgeable. She took us to the main sights, and we learnt about the history and culture of Amsterdam. The small group size made it easy to hear and navigate the narrow streets. Zaida even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants!

This was our first visit to the Netherlands. Jaap provided a comprehensive info regarding the history, culture and architecture of the Amsterdam city and the canals.

We love walking tours and this did not disappoint. Dan was our guide. He is very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting and added some humour as well. Dan is from Amsterdam and a history major. He also had great visuals to share to make things more interesting and understandable. The tour was 2 hours. Dan provided great recommendations and some dos and don’ts while in Amsterdam. Open to questions. All around a very personable and experienced tour guide. Tour was two hours and totally prepared us for the next day when on our own. Highly recommend.

Keukenhof Gardens was extraordinary with tulips in bloom. Several excellent art and history museums, memorials and statues. Many restaurants - great walking city. Take a canal boat tour. Get tix to museums before you go. Especially Anne Frank House Museum.

Sergio was an excellent guide, giving a very informative 3 hour walking tour of Amsterdam's centre. The tour covered all phases of Amsterdam's history with the emphasis being on evocative and interesting stories rather than lots of names, dates and facts. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely tour that covered the bulk of the city center. David was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city and had some great jokes to go along with the rest of his content. Good food and drink recommendations too!

Lisanne was very knowledgeable and engaging. This was more than just an introduction as there were many extra interesting details. I would thoroughly recommend this tour. Bear in mind there are no toilet stops.

Dani is a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He provided such a pleasant tour of Amsterdam, along with its rich history. He made sure we took pictures of key sights. Dani also explained why certain things are done in the Dutch culture. It was a wonderful experience from start.

We started our first full day in Amsterdam with this walking tour. Our guide, Ramses was fantastic. While he was new to the tour company, he was a resident and grew up in the area and added little details that made the tour special. This tour set us up for a great week with an understanding of how to get around and what places we wanted to go back and spend more time in. Highly recommend!
