Thank you, Graham! Your knowledge and patience will be forever associated with our memories of the Cotswolds. He customized our tour based upon a Downton Abbey fan, thatched roof curiosity and our amazement of the uniqueness of this historical area. Our tour was in early June on a beautiful day so the roses, irises and other garden flowers were at peak. Graham explained the historical significance of our many sights and answered all our questions. Much appreciation, Graham, for emerging us into the Cotswolds magical world. We found Graham and Ian from a referral at Burford visitor centre. They also found us The Greyhounds at Burford. Graham was the perfect host and guide. we seemed to average around 17,000 steps a day without feeling exhausted. Saw every town and village worth experiencing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this team to anyone based on our experience and value for money.Graham was the perfect host! Graham was the perfect host! We were in England, celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, with a holiday focused on Jane Austen. None of us had ever been to the Cotswolds and although we were told there wasn't much of a Jane Austen connection in that area, we decided to fit it into our itinerary. Well, our private driving tour with Graham of the Cotswolds turned out to be our favorite day of all!! The tour was fantastic - start to finish - and this was entirely due to Graham. He picked us up at Oxford station. We were driven around in a very comfortable vehicle. The kind and personal attention he showed to my entire family was wonderful. He listened to our preferences and wishes for the day and adjusted accordingly, taking great care to get us back to the station in time for our evening train. Graham shared interesting stories and obviously knew the area inside and out. He took us to so many beautiful small villages, he managed to schedule in two wonderful dining stops and even brought us to an antique book store where we were able to purchase Jane Austen books. If I were to go into the details of how he managed to sneak in a peak behind the scenes of a Jane Austen film set, you may think I'm exaggerating... So, I'll just say, our tour was perfection! THANK YOU GRAHAM! And we'll be back some day to squeak in that visit with a lamb for my sister. Have you tried Goat Yoga yet? :)Ian could not have been more enjoyable. He showed us beautiful little villages. Shared insights of historical and local significance. From this trip it will be easy to build our next adventure to the country. He was a safe and respectful driver. Ian was easy to be around for 8+ hours. Thank...

We wanted to do a day tour in the Cotswolds and after a lot of research booked a private day tour with Ian at Undiscovered Cotswolds. It was one of the most wonderful day tours we have ever had. He worked with us in advance on various possible stops and he put together a great itinerary for the day. There were only two of us, and he arrived in his touring van with huge windows all the way around a few minutes early. He is very personable and is one of the two owners who started the company. We visited Lower & Upper Slaughter, Snowshill, Broadway Tower, Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Minster Lovell. All the way, he was providing fun facts, history and responding to our questions. We were offered a chance for tea break and sweet in the morning, a wonderful lunch at a local pub in Stow and a final break in Minster Lovell. At each stop we get out and tour some part of the town. It was a wonderful day we highly recommend Undiscovered Cotswolds for any of your tours. They have both private tours and organized tours, so check them out.We took a private tour with Ian and enjoyed the villages, beautiful scenery, and stories about each place.
