The places chosen for the route were very beautiful, but unfortunately there was little time for each place and a lot (too much) time spent on the bus

The Timanfaya park tour with the Star Wars landscapes was extraordinary and the driver was top notch! The camel ride was fun, El Golfo was interesting - 20 minutes was more than enough - it was windy. Optional buffet lunch a very good idea. I would have liked to stop by La Gueria just for the photos but you can't have everything. The Jameos del Aqua are worth a visit with their little crab even if I expected a longer tunnel. The well-thought-out architecture, the relaxing auditorium, a great end to the day so as not to return too late (around 5 p.m.). Super friendly guide, no regrets!

Very nice excursion, the geothermal experiences of the volcano were surprising. Our guide was very nice, she spoke French which is appreciated because often the excursions are in English and German.

This is a good compromise for doing the island's main activities during a short stay. However, given the price, I think that the camel ride stop and lunch at the buffet are unnecessary and cost us 2 hours of the day. I would have preferred to take a volcano walk or visit the cueva verde instead. The guide, Nieves and the driver Jesus were perfect but these 2 unnecessary stops made me feel like a piggy bank.

The excursion is in accordance with the announced program. We saw some very beautiful things... We particularly enjoyed Timanfaya Park and Jameos del Aqua. The sound is not very good on the bus; we haven't heard everything. Shame. The guide was very nice.

Super Mary (this is how guide called our bus driver) totally deserves this nickname as her driving skills were really impressive, she was remaining calm while performing difficult maneuvers with extreme precision on tight roads. Our guide Radmila was also impressive with her fluency in multiple languages while maintaining funny atmosphere and joking around a lot, all this together with a lot of useful information and Marsian landscape of the Timanfaya created amazing experience and good memories, it felt like an expedition to research a different and hostile world. Although it would be nice to have a little bit more silence sometimes to let the information sink in and more time during stops, this was still great value for money. Volcano hot spots, camel ride and different volcanic formations were definitely best highlights 👌

Excursion planned in French for Monday 04/08/2024; contacted by WhatsApp by LCT Europe 12 days before to tell me that the excursion in French was no longer carried out on Mondays, but on Tuesdays; as my return to France was planned for Tuesday, I had to ask for the tour in English or Spanish and so, this was possible on Monday 04/08/2024; poor quality bus, with a rather dilapidated interior; Multilingual guide, Eric, friendly, but the excursion took place quickly, without spending too much time on the stops; in the excursion program, which was not the same as I initially booked, the organizer LCT Europe could have included the panorama point, Mirador del Rio, because there was time.. The excursion started at 09:45, when the bus passed at the CC Atlantico stop in Puerto del Carmen, and ended at 17:15, when I got off at the same stop... In addition, the. Los Dolores lunch, excellent, was not included in the price.
