Also, they should drink coca tea. I recommend the Chullos Travel agency.

We almost didn’t go on this expedition because we were so exhausted from the previous day (be prepared for long days if you are wanting to do several excursions in Cusco), and we were so glad we did. Our tour guide was very upbeat and friendly. The bus ride is long, but it was worth it. Be sure to bring a few soles in case you need to use the restroom at the foot of the mountain. We would also recommend dressing in layers, as the weather is cold in the morning and at the top of the mountain as well. It is useful to be able to remove layers as needed. I wore athletic leggings and a sweater, thin puff jacket, a hat, gloves, and a rain jacket. Definitely bring a rain jacket on any excursion, as the weather can turn quickly, and you won’t want to be wet in the bus. We were very lucky with the weather on this trip. It had rained heavily the night before, and the mountain was wet and muddy; however, we were provided with hiking sticks to help. The hike was challenging, but we found it to be less challenging than lake humantay. The snow melted as we walked up the mountain, and we were able to get great pictures of the colors, despite it being rainy season. We would definitely recommend using Chullos for this excursion, as it was organized, and we felt safe throughout the trip.Spoke to the provider the day before who confirmed pick up would be at 4.40. Spoke to the provider the day before who confirmed pick up would be at 4.40. Waited until 5.30 the following day - still no one - messaged and called the guide who ignored both. Finally got a response around 5.50 saying could we switch to the next day (?) which I declined and was then told they wouldn’t be coming to collect us. I did receive a refund very quickly but a complete waste of a day for us and missed seeing rainbow mountain, as planned.
