We pickup you from your hotel at 7 AM and drive around 1 hour to This rather modest 19th-century Greek Orthodox church houses a treasure of early Christianity. Imagine the excitement in 1884 when Christian builders came across the remnants of a Byzantine church on their construction site. Among the rubble, having survived wilful destruction, fire and neglect, the flooring they discovered wasn’t just another mosaic but one with extraordinary significance: to this day, it represents the oldest map of Palestine in existence and provides many historical insights into the region.

Stop At: Mount Nebo, Madaba Jordan
Second point the La Storia Tourism Complex is located on Mount Nebo. Visitors will spend 2 hours and can take a tour of the museum which includes information on the religious history of Mount Nebo and the surrounding area. The museum is currently undergoing a project which aims to create the largest mosaic in the world at 30 meters long with 3.5 million pieces. The mosaic will depict the entire route of the King’s Highway and visitors can take part in the project by placing a piece into the mosaic. The museum also offers a variety of workshops for visitors of all ages.
