Communication with living dreams was an absolute dream prior to arriving in Mexico! Our guide Jorge Martinez arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. This tour was one of the highlights of our time in Mexico. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean. We had already used this company for another tour and clearly all their tours and tour guides have the same excellent level of service. I have travelled around the world to many destinations and living dreams is definitely one of the best companies I have used for tours. This was an incredible day for our family. This was an incredible day for our family. We have a 4 and 10 year old and they both enjoyed this trip. We learned so much about Chichen Itza and the history of this region from Alejandro. He was also incredibly engaging to listen to and patient with our 4 year old. We also had a driver, Evan, who made sure the van was always ready with AC on when it was time to go. Lunch at the recommended restaurant was delicious. The cenote was incredible. We enjoyed Ziplining into the water and jumping off the platforms. We were lucky to avoid crowds at all stops.I took my children, ages 12, 9 and 7, on this day long tour of the ruins, lunch and swimming in a cenote. Our guide, Mario, was exceptional! I took my children, ages 12, 9 and 7, on this day long tour of the ruins, lunch and swimming in a cenote. Our guide, Mario, was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about the ruins and the history of the Mayans. He answered all of our questions, which my kids had many. He was very patient with my kids as we dealt with a very hot day. He carried water for us, took pictures and videos, and even helped with our bag at the cenote. We loved the pizza restaurant he suggested for lunch. A special thanks to our driver, Luciano who got us to each destination safely. We had a great day!Caesar made this trip one we will never forget! Caesar made this trip one we will never forget! My girlfriend and I got engaged on our trip to Quintana Roo and toured Chichen Itza and a cenote with our families through Living Dreams as part of our stay. Fair warning, this experience will take the whole day, but it was well worth it and was easily one of the best days of our trip (besides the engagement itself)! I learned more about the incredibly rich Maya and Mexican cultures and histories from Caesar than I ever could have hoped and had so much fun swimming in the cenote and enjoying the natural, Mesoamerica, and colonial beauty of the region. Any history buffs or folks just generally curious about this wonderful place (and the peoples who have called it home over the centuries) will find a treasure trove of information. The thing about Caesar was that he didn't just narrate or tell us things; he encouraged us to think critically for ourselves about archaeological and historical findings and gave us the tools to continue learning well after the trip had ended. He answered all of our questions, discussed the shades of grey in historical/archaeological interpretation, and somehow had the energy to entertain a group of 8, all with very different interests, for like 10+ hours (estimate). He puts every bit of his heart into his work and it's impossible not to see that and allow a little bit of it to rub off on you as you experience the magic of the Chichen Itza site, the cenotes, and Valladolid (where we went for lunch together afterwards on our way home). Caesar, you made this day incredible, and we will never forget you or our time together - thank you so much for everything! We had a private tour to Chichen itzá with Beatriz, she is by far one of the best guides we ever had! We had a private tour to Chichen itzá with Beatriz, she is by far one of the best guides we ever had! We learned so much! Even our kids were engaged! If you go with this company try to book her, we couldn’t have been happier! Honestly! After the ruins, Beatriz took us to eat in Valladolid, we really loved the restaurant! Food was truly excellent in an old colonial setting!!! We felt like going to a nice restaurant instead of the cenote as it was a cloudy rainy day.. Totally recommend it!
