South Coast Tales! - Small Group Adventure From Reykjavik
Overview
We make a stop at the popular Seljalandsfoss where, and if conditions allow, we take a walk behind the waterfalls curtain before paying a visit to its nearby cousin Gljúfrabúi, found hidden from view in the mountainside. Then it’s back on the road to hunt down yet Skógarfoss, with its dramatic 60-meter fall.
From here, to one of the most visited towns in the country: Vík í Mýrdal, where we make a lunch stop.
Then, we about turn and make our way back to the black sand beaches of Reynisfjara where we spend some time exploring and soaking up the atmosphere of these dramatic environs.
Back on the Viking Trail we go, this time taking the coast road and heading towards Sólheimajökull glacier. Having now placed a foot upon it, we return to Reykjavik.
Enjoy the day in a small group and a comfortable minibus ride.

The tour was great and I would recommend it to any visitor coming to iceland. We had enough time for every station and our guide Carlos did an excellent job in giving interesting facts and stories about iceland during the tour. All stops are worth a visit, but my personal favorite was the Seljalandsfoss due to the opportunity to go behind the waterfall. The driver, Tony, was great. He stopped at an extra hidden waterfall when the weather in Vik got too bad to travel. Small bus comfortable and just enough time to see waterfalls and black beach.

Beautiful clean minibus. Our driver/tour guide, think his name was Halli gave us so much information. He kept us interested for the whole 10 hours. The places you visit are breathtaking. Especially the glacier my favourite. This trip has by far been the best and a must if visiting Iceland. Next time I would just use this company as so much prefer the small group. Much more personal.
