Alice was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and just all around lovely. We could not have asked for a better experience, and the trip and tour exceeded our expectations. Would recommend to anyone except those with mobility issues due to the nature of the old cobblestone paths.

We rode to the palace of Versailles, and Claudio began weaving the tale of the palace's history. The local market was very good, and the picnic was beautiful. Well worth it!

My daughter and I did the Versailles Food and palace bike tour during Easter break and had the most wonderful experience. It was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Dina (I hope I am spelling her name correctly), was so enthusiatic and make it interesting and fun. The crowds were enormous since it was Easter and our guide got us in right when they opened and we skipped the long lines. The gardens and fountains were spectacular. We went to a wonderful market and purchased the most incredible cheese, bread, strawberries etc and had an amazing picnic by the water where we shared wine and champagne. I was nervous about bike riding since it had been many years since I had ridden a bike and it turned out to be an easy pace and they fitted us to the bike and had us test ride to make sure we were all comfortable before heading out. We finished at the hamlet which was so picturesque and relaxing. I can not recommend this tour enough. Thank you for making our trip to Versailles even more special. My daughter and I did the Half Day Bike & Brunch tour of Varsailles (which you can find on their direct website). My daughter and I did the Half Day Bike & Brunch tour of Varsailles (which you can find on their direct website). Everything was amazing and it was definitely a highlight of our trip! The directions they sent to prepare us for meeting in Gare Montparnasse were top notch (we had taken another tour earlier in the week through a different company and found the directions lacking). Claudio, our guide, was just wonderful - as was everyone else who helped along the way (the bike shop, etc). There were 6 of us total in the group which added to the intimate feeling. We'd highly recommend this trip! What a great day. The weather was terrific, the guide…Nicholas..was wonderful..overall lovely experience. We went on a market day…which we’d highly recommend. What a great day. The weather was terrific, the guide…Nicholas..was wonderful..overall lovely experience. We went on a market day…which we’d highly recommend. And on a day that the fountains were running as well. Sunday is a good choice. Provided a much better experience then simply viewing the palace. You don’t need to be super athletic…the bike ride is leisurely and manageable for many fitness levels.Easily one of my favorite experiences during a recent trip to Paris. Easily one of my favorite experiences during a recent trip to Paris. Communication prior to the tour is top-notch, and the hosts are helpful in sharing Paris recommendations as well as finding gluten-free options for a member of the group during the tour. They take care of every detail, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Biking through Versailles, exploring the market, visiting the palace, and enjoying a picnic overlooking the Grand Canal was more incredible than I could have expected. Nicolas, our tour guide, is clearly well educated in the history and art of Versailles and France. His storytelling skills are above and beyond. We were enchanted, more than once, as he wove his stories. He is also a fantastic photographer and always offers to take photos, highlighting the most picturesque views. He is personable and an excellent friend for the full-day experience. When I visit Paris again, I will take this tour again. It is that fantastic! Book and enjoy. You won't regret it.
