Check before booking. We were the only 2 people on this course. Without explanation the teacher advertised was not available. In our view we found that the description of what the event offered (a hand's on experience and explanation of the art of paper mache) was not fully provided and focused more on very simple paper mache and clay work rather than explaining the history and art of paper mache. We had to ask a lot of questions. The 2 people replacing the tutor were very helpful and friendly providing some entertainment and we appreciated the tour of a local museum but this was not what we paid for. If the event had provided what was advertised it looks great but if booking double check that you will get what the advert says. Before posting we contacted the event providers raising our concerns and they responded very promptly but suggested our expectations were too high. For the money charged for a 1 hour event, we certainly do not think this was the case and learnt little new. We wish this enterprise well but suggest if they cannot provide what is advertised they should have cancelled the eventVery friendly lady, very good english translator. Course was well adapted to the audience (adults and children). Cosy spot with a rich history. We had a lot of fun and laughter with the group. Better to foresee more then one hour to complete the art work. Would advice the course 👍
