Bryant is an excellent tour guide with knowledge of the city (and more) but mostly love for what he does. His energy, his happy character, his singing abilities made our experience unforgettable. This was a brilliant experience, which I would thoroughly recommend. It may not be the cheapest, but it must be the best. It was certainly small (there was only 5 people, including my wife and I) so very personable. From the start we were welcomed by our driver (Guy) and our guide (Bryant), both were really good company and bounced off each other. Bryant's knowledge of the city was excellent, giving us so much information, about the history, buildings and the people. Being able to hop off and look at certain areas in more detail - again with loads of information. Getting us a prime viewing spot on the Staten Island Ferry was priceless!!!! Our experience at the 9/11 memorial was made very respectful by Bryant - and quite emotional. At the end he asked if we had any further questions, and gave us other great sightseeing ideas - especially the Highline and Restaurant Row We did the tour on the morning of our first day and it gave us a brilliant insight into the city and where we would go over the next few days. We went back to Greenwich and Washington Square Park, as well as Brooklyn Bridge and the Financial District. Brilliant!!!Bryant's puns and sense of humor made this tour fun for all the participants. He was like a stand up comedian, with alot of great material. He was also very knowledgeable, and provided great insight into everything that we saw and took a part in. 😄

Loved the whisper gallery and the boat ride. Bryant was a great guide and the driver was a gem! My granddaughter who is battling a neuromuscular condition was comfortable and able to keep up.

This tour was the highlight of our recent vacation in NYC. Bryant, our guide, was very personable and knowledgeable. As we toured the city in a very comfortable mini bus, Bryant was looking at us as he explained what we were seeing. When we made stops, he got off the bus and walked with us; encouraging our questions and feedback. The bus would drop us off at locations and then drive to pick us up wherever we ended up; no back tracking to the starting point. Bryant was very respectful at the 9/11 memorial, giving us information before we entered, so we could tour the memorial in respectful silence. The bus driver was excellent and the bus was easy to get off and off, an important thing for this 67 year old lady who had just had her hip replaced two months earlier. Our tour lasted the full allotted time and at the end, our bus driver made every effort to drop us off near our hotels. My husband and I took another “small group” tour the next day with a different company. Our small group was 27 people on a huge motor coach, which was very hard to get down from. The tour guide gave his spiel while sitting in the front seat and never turning around to face us. When we made stops, he never got off and walked with us and the 7 hour tour was less than 5 hours. I just wish the “small bus tours” had options for different tours. I would not hesitate to sigh up for any of their tours.
