WOW! We had such an incredible experience on the orangutan trek with Heri and Jojo as our guides. I never expected to see so much wildlife over the course of two days. From orangutans (babies too!), to Thomas monkeys, praying mantis, turtles, centipedes, many birds, and more- it was truly amazing! We were so lucky to have Heri and Jojo as our guides because they were so knowledgeable about the rain forest, and always made us feel safe and happy to be there. They even prepared us delicious meals everyday with fresh local fruits and veggies to meet our needs as vegans. I cannot recommend Orangutan Treks enough, and if I have the chance I will come back every year! Thanks again Heri and Jojo. Terima Kasih 🙏It was a fun, interesting experience. We saw orangutans and also learnt a lot about wild life, rain forests. Also it’s a beautiful trek and the camp has its own vibe. I loved it.

Really great experience from start to finish! The trek is amazing with the guides showing and telling you all the jungle has to offer, beautiful nature and awesome animals. We were fortunate enough to see 13 orangutans!! At the camp you're treated with so many delicious foods and have time to chill in the river and play some games. The rafting back to the village is so much fun and the guides keep you entertained and informed throughout! Also so easy to organise with great communication about transport and places to stay and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, whatever time of day or night that is! Definitely recommend!!
