Edwin was pleasant and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was full of new sights and experiences, but well paced—stimulating but comfortable. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable day of discovery. Money well spent.

I 💯 recommend them and will do so to anyone I know going to El Salvador 🇸🇻As it turned out, I had a private tour with Rene! As it turned out, I had a private tour with Rene! He was very polite, prompt, friendly, a careful driver, flexible, and easy to talk to (both responsive and having great English). He went out of his way to obtain food items (some fruits and pastries) that he recommended to me and I wanted to try! I very much enjoyed the day. We visited 2 Mayan sites (each had small museums in addition to walking through the ruins), walked a little through the forest in Cerre Verde park on the mountaintop, stopped for photos at various beautiful locations along the road, and ate lunch on Lake Coatepeque (very beautiful and relaxing, even got some live music here since it was the weekend!).We were suppose to go to El Salvador for 2 full days but due to flight cancellation we only had one and a half day to experience Salavador. We were suppose to go to El Salvador for 2 full days but due to flight cancellation we only had one and a half day to experience Salavador. As soon as we got to the hotel we asked the rrceptionist for a tour guide who spoke english and he recommended Edwin from EC Tours. We called him right away, it was about 3 in the afternoon. We told him that we only had a short time and wanted to go on a tour tonight and tomorrow we have all day and want to see as much as we can. He was very responsive and friendly. He came around 4pm and also had his assistant, im forgetting her name but she was very nice and joyful. We did the walking tour that evening and tried paposas and local coffee. The next day he picked us up at the hotel at 7am and we went to 3 different places - volvano, myan structures and local towns. It was amazing. We ate at a local food market, food was very good. Our flight was next day but left around 1pm so we asked Edwin if he can take us to the beach in the morning and he did! We left from our hotel at 7:30am and went to the beach. Amazing - strolled through the local fish market and ate at a local restaurant. Afterwards we went to the airport. I would definately recommend Edwin, he is very knowledgable and accomodating. His staff are super friendly! We had such a great time with EC Tours on our first tour of Joya de Ceren, Tazumal, and Cerro Verde, we took a second day trip to Lago de Ilopango and Suchitoto! We had such a great time with EC Tours on our first tour of Joya de Ceren, Tazumal, and Cerro Verde, we took a second day trip to Lago de Ilopango and Suchitoto! Thank you to both our drivers and especially Estefany our tour guide who was so patient and friendly and ready to answer any questions about the sites we visited in both English and Spanish. They all did their best to accommodate us and to show us how to get to little spots we'd seen online (the little umbrellas in Suchitoto for example). I highly recommend this company and will definitely be booking them for more adventures in the future.Visité San Andrés, Tazumal, Volcanes. Que belleza de lugares. Pero lo que le dio el toque de excelencia fue la compañía y guianza de Don Carlos, excelente guía motorista, nos hizo sentir muy bien.
