Thomas was at meeting place early didnt have to wait for him to show up had bikes ready prior to starting time was very helpful reviewing the various paths with proper information. E bikes were clean and charged tires checked prior to departure but most important larger padded seats were provided not the stock skinny hard seats, most people dont think about this until they are about 1 mile into their ride. If your over 40 this is very important, it makes the ride enjoyable. All phases of this business are top level.My husband and I were in town for a get away weekend. My husband and I were in town for a get away weekend. We saw the sight online and thought it sounded like fun. We had never ridden E bikes before. They were so much fun! The person in charge delivered the bikes, gave us great instruction on using the bikes as well as the trails he suggested for our 2 hour tour. The scenery was beautiful and we have a wonderful time! We will definitely try them again .GREG was an excellent customer service rep - it was our first time doing this and what an experience the views were breathless - had an amazing time - will go back and bring the family with us

You have to be peddling for motor to kick in but it’s so easy my legs never got tired. We got to travel at our own pace along an old train track route. Be sure to stop and read the placards along the way. Very interesting.We were met in parking lot at Peavine trail. Bikes were explained and helmets fitted. After a quick circle of the parking lot to get a feel for the bikes, we took off down the trail at our own pace. We were met in parking lot at Peavine trail. Bikes were explained and helmets fitted. After a quick circle of the parking lot to get a feel for the bikes, we took off down the trail at our own pace. There are some signs along the trail explaining the history (trail was old train track) so be sure to take a break and read some of them. The ebike made it easy to cover the 19 miles. I haven't been on a bike in many, many years (I'm 67). I recommend this trip.Relaxing bike ride through beautiful scenery. Tony was amazing getting us set up and explaining how to use the e-bike.
