I would recommend this tour. The airport transfers were seamless. I had the tour guide Fede for both the Brazil and Argentina side who was great! Very friendly, up-beat was kind enough to take pictures for me when ever I asked and at times volunteered, which was very helpful as a solo traveler. He knew his way around both parks, I would have liked to have received a bit more info about the falls, but overall still a very very pleasant experience, in many respects the highlight of my trip. Both Leo and the other drivers were great! The only con which is not against Fede but the company is that they never followed up with me when I inquired directly about another tour (unless I missed it), and I had to remind them that I also booked a tour to the bird park on the day of the Brazil tour.Very impressed. Excellent communication beforehand and everything very well organised. Would thoroughly recommend.

This tour is good but quite pricing. you can arrange all by yourself not much difficult with half of the price or less. But you must do homework and planning of visiting the national park by yourself, which is not much work. The national parks on both sides are well designed. The trails are clear labeled. Park crew speak English. Taxi Transportation is convenient at port Iguazu. The hotel will help you arrange taxi to Iguazu fall (national park) on both side with very reasonable price. So, you can arrange time on your own schedule, don’t have to wait or hurry up to fit the group schedule. Communicate between viator and local agencies is inefficient. I have fill up my information when I sign up this tour. However, both viator and local agents keep asking me to send them my information. It seems that they do not share the information that I have already give to Viator and resend via email. This tour was arranged via (more than one) local tour agent. Tour was regrouped each day. We have different groupmate, tour guide, driver, etc, each day. I wish I was told in advance of this type of arrangement so that I will prepare in advance. Give tips to tour guide/drive by the end of the day (way) instead of the end of the trip. The tour itinerary is good. Hotel is good. Our tour guide at Argentine side, Fino, is great. He takes good care of everyone in the group. Our tour guide/driver on Brazilian side helped the crossing border check, we were waiting in the car. if you do not join the tour, you have to do all the works by yourself. Overall, I don’t recommend this tour. because I think it is not difficult to do all by myself. if you don't have budget concern, it is a good tour.We found this to be an excellent tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found this to be an excellent tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our pick up at the airport was right on time. We were very happy with our hotel accommodations and were upgraded. The hotel St George is located near city central, shops and restaurants. The full day tour on the Argentinian side of the falls was excellent. Our tour guide,Manuel, was outstanding. He did a great job of keeping everyone together and on track without ever feeling rushed. He has a great knowledge base and was Able to give us lots of information which really enhanced our experience. He is really good at what he does and obviously enjoys it. The half day tour to the Brazilian side is definitely worthwhile and completes the experience. All are driver’s were pleasant. They drove in a safe manner and were always on time. We would highly recommend this tour. This company provided a comprehensive experience. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport and for both days of the tour, visiting both sides of the Falls. This company provided a comprehensive experience. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport and for both days of the tour, visiting both sides of the Falls. I was staying at an Air BnB outside of the commercial area, but I got picked up and dropped off without any problems. Our tour guide, Diego, could not have been nicer. He was very knowledgeable about the Falls, the history and the wildlife of the park, even where to get the best views. Although the English speakers were the clear minority of our group, Diego made sure everything was translated fully. On the second day, I was the only English speaker, but it made no difference. He answered all my questions, engaged in conversation and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt disconnected. We had more than enough time to do and see everything. The Falls are of course an experience that should not be missed. Their power and beauty are breathtaking. Even saw a full rainbow. We had a choice to walk to the bottom of the Falls or take a $60 boat ride to the bottom of the Falls. Diego recommended the boat, which I took, and was happy that I did. We stopped by a number of the falls and went really close to the bottom of several. It is a whole different perspective. We went close enough to get drenched, but it was so worth it. I loved the whole trip, and I highly recommend Say Hueque.
