Our driver collected us from Malang and took us to the first part of the trip the Madakaripura Waterfall which was spectacular but be prepared to get wet to see its glory! Our driver collected us from Malang and took us to the first part of the trip the Madakaripura Waterfall which was spectacular but be prepared to get wet to see its glory! Drive to Probolinggo town where we stayed in a home stay which was very basic and on the main road so noisy. Very few places for food around the area. Our driver did not understand the schedule so advised us the incorrect time for pick up which should be 12AM. Go early for the Mount Bromo trip as many people travel to see the sunrise. The additional charge for better accommodation is not worth it. Then the trip to Bromo, which was wonderful but be prepared to walk through lava dust and please don't take a horse. The crater walk is uphill but not that difficult. The third part of the trip is Mount Ijen which we skipped. We felt we had enough of tourist crowds. We ended up staying in Probolinggo for the second night as our driver again did not understand the schedule. We stayed at the Clover Home stay which was basic but clean and lovely gardens. They supplied breakfast for our early start as we were travelling to Bali. We note that the communication between the Agent and the driver was poor as he tried very hard to provide a good service but was very inexperienced and could not understand most of our requests. Overall a great experience for us but the accommodation and meal offerings were very over charged. Arranging yourself would take a lot of time and probably not worth it in the end. DAY 1 Very memorable trip! The journey starts from Juanda airport in Surabaya. Smartway team picked us up with a smile and very friendly. I feel like meeting an old friend. Haha! Next, we traveled to Madakaripura waterfall. This waterfall is stunning! Smartway team's advised us to bring the essentials and leave the rest in the car keep by the driver and we rushed to the waterfall. You better bring a raincoat to go here because you will get wet from the falling! This is amazing experience! We found a very beautiful rainbow also a natural pool which is said to have claimed many victims. It is not recommended to swim here. The journey continued by staying in the village of Cemorolawang. The closest village to Mount Bromo. This village is very natural and beautiful. You will find very friendly local here! DAY 2 This is the day I’ve been waiting for: Bromo Sunrise Tour! Today's adventure begins with the Smartway team knocking on the door of the room at 01.30 AM. Yes! Very early, because they will take you to see the stunning sunrise view. SO BEAUTIFUL! We will also visit some spots in Bromo: the Dinosaur Valley, the crater of Mount Bromo volcano, temple and the desert! AMAZING! All activities above finished at 11.00 we were given 1 hour to get ready and take a shower. Next, a long journey of 6.5 hours to Ijen Crater. Very tiring but great day! DAY 3. After a night's sleep in a stunning hotel. Again, the Smartway team will knock the door in the middle of the night, 12.30 AM and take us on an adventure to Ijen Crater. We wanted to see the blue fire and only allowed it to be seen at 02.00-04.30 AM for that we left at midnight because it required a 2 hour hike. A very tiring day but the view of the star-studded sky, blue fire, sunrise and a crater that looks like a lake make us feel paid off. AMAZING! Thank you so much Nova, Misbah, Zaza and Fikri. Отличная компания, все организоваои хорошо, нигде не было проблем. Водитель нас забрал в Маланге от геста, где мы ночевали изначально вне тура, и был с нами до самого конца (наша финальная точка была - порт, откуда мы вернулись на Бали). Машина комфортная, большая, мы были вдвоем. Посетили водопа...
Отличная компания, все организоваои хорошо, нигде не было проблем. Водитель хоть и не знал особо английский, проблем с коммуникацией не было, с переводчиком можно общаться) всегда был готов ответить на вопросы, подсказать. Ребята от компании всегда были на связи в ватсапе и уточняли все ли в порядке, довольны ли мы). Нам все понравилось😃 рекомендую!xafezay

Supir kami pak Arif juga orang yang sabar, selalu menawari kami untuk makan bersama-sama. Kunjungan ke Air Terjun Madakaripura sangat berkesan sekali. Pengalaman yang sangat tak terlupakan, baru kali ini saya mengunjungi air terjun basah kuyup! Hahaha.. Tapi sayang untuk Bromo kami kurang beruntung karena cuaca kurang begitu bagus. Kami tidak melihat sunrise karena kabut yang sangat tebal. Tapi destinasi lain seperti Lembah Dinosaurus dan Kawah Gunung Bromo bisa kami kunjungi dan kami puas! Untuk Kawah Ijen, sungguh luar biasa! Luar biasa capek tapi semua itu terbayarkan! Api Biru dan pemandangan kawahnya luar biasa indah. SANGAT PUAS! Untuk kalian yang ingin melakukan perjalanan pada paket ini, saya sarankan mempersiapkan diri dengan baik. Kondisi badan kalian harus siap karena setiap hari kalian akan berpindah dari poin A ke B sejauh 4-6 jam. Lumayan capek, tapi puas! Karena kita bisa bekerjaran dengan waktu. Disamping itu, paket ini juga sudah termasuk penginapan dan makan 1x setiap hari. Penginapannya ok tapi tidak ada AC! Makanannya pun ok, Chinese dan Indonesian food. Kamu bisa minta rekomendasi tempat makan yang ok ke guidenya. Overall saya sangat puas dan pasti akan merekomendasikan company ini ke teman-teman saya. Sukses selalu Smartway! Realizamos el tour de las cascadas y ambos volcanes. Los alojamientos fueron excelentes, los hoteles en los que nos alojamos fueron muy buenos y la experiencia de ambos volcanes fue increíble. Las cataratas fueron alucinantes y los guías de todas las excursiones muy simpáticos y serviciales.
Realizamos el tour de las cascadas y ambos volcanes. Los alojamientos fueron excelentes, los hoteles en los que nos alojamos fueron muy buenos y la experiencia de ambos volcanes fue increíble. Las cataratas fueron alucinantes y los guías de todas las excursiones muy simpáticos y serviciales.
