Made a booking last night via Voucher had no pick up time. Contacted Exploro and a lady told me (quite rudely) it was impossible I had a booking since the trip was fully booked and anyway they never worked with TripAdvisor. My voucher was not her problem. Wasted a lot of time trying to find out what was wrong and we decided to wait at the general time announced on the website (8:30l. Called Exploro again at 9:00 hoping to speak to someone else. In vain, this time she said TripAdvisor probably used their name to make publicity (??) but they had nothing to do with them. Just got an e mail from TripAdvisor saying Exploro asked them to refund me. Why such blatant lies costing us so much time and hassle ??The 3 hours means 2,5 hours on the minibus and 15 minutes on site - which ks actully quite ok, as there is not much to see actually - 15 minutes is enough. Air conditioining, well I’m sure the Sprinter had it when it was new 30 years ago :)

Sono ancora in attesa del rimborso. Ho fatto comunque il tour con un'altra agenzia ed è adrenalinica e spettacolare

Wir möchten uns auf diesen Weg nochmal recht herzlich für den Ausflug, am 14.10.2023, ins Biokovo Gebirge bedanken. Nicht nur, das das Wetter an diesem Tag sehr gut war, es war auch das gebuchte Unternehmen, mit dem sehr freundlichem und netten Fahrer und seinem gut gepflegtem Auto, ein Garant für einen guten Ausflug. Nochmal ein Lob an den Fahrer, der sehr umsichtig und sicherheitsbewusst gefahren ist. Wir können diese Firma und den Fahrer nur weiterempfehlen.Pas d’un grand intérêt. Une heure de ramassage client et autant pour vous ramener pour 20 minutes au Skywalk qui ne présente pas un grand intérêt. Un site commercial pour touriste. Mieux vaux privilégier une randonnée dans le Biokovo vous en verrais plus de ce beau paysage. Site pour les amateurs...
Pas d’un grand intérêt. Une heure de ramassage client et autant pour vous ramener pour 20 minutes au Skywalk qui ne présente pas un grand intérêt. Un site commercial pour touriste. Kurvenreiche, enge aber asphaltierte und leicht zu fahrende Bergstrasse mit ausreichend Ausweichen führt vom Eingang unten 12 km bis zum Parkplatz beim Skywalk. Traumhaft schöner Rundumblick. Am Parkplatz erwarten einem leider unfreundliche Einweiser, die militärisch die Parkplätze zuweisen, das könnte man gästefreundlicher machen, zumal die ja von Eintrittsgeld der Gäste leben. Der Tipp mit dem eigenen Auto nicht zwischen Mo. u. Fr. zu fahren war gut, denn da fahren die Hotelgäste alle. Am Samstag Vormittag war nicht viel los.
