Stop At: Sunset Hill Park, 7531 34th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107
This is a view spot of the water and mountains. On a clear day you can see the Olympic Mountains, West Point Lighthouse and the ferries crossing the Sound. You can hear the seals barking and watch the cargo and tugboats float by. I tell you all I know about Seattle in 10 minutes and highlight the some of the most charismatic creatures that inhabit our waterways.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Ballard, NW Market St and 22 Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107
The Ballard Locks are Seattle's 3rd most popular attraction. We walk the bikes through the Carl English Botanical Gardens before seeing the boats pass through the locks. The locks opened in 1917 and connects salt water to the fresh water of Lake Washington. It's the busiest lock in the United States and also popular with migrating salmon and the seals, sea lions, eagles, and osprey who come for an easy meal. There's a fish ladder with an underwater viewing gallery.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Fishermen's Terminal, 3919 18th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119-1679
Seattle 's roots are in the fishing industry and the Fishermen's Terminal is the place to see real live fishermen and fisherwomen, and the Alaskan fishing fleet. 50% of all seafood sold in the United States is associated with this marina. We can ride the electric bikes all the way down the docks and get right up to the boats. I'll tell you how salmon fishing operates and why the Alaskan fishermen spend the off-season in Seattle rather than just stay in Alaska.
Duration: 12 minutes
Stop At: Wallingford Center, 1815 N 45th St Corner of Wallingford and 45th, Seattle, WA 98103-6856
Not the Center but Gasworks Park in the Wallingford neighborhood. Favorite place to take pictures and on the 4th of July watch the fireworks. It was a gasification plant, the old machines are still there. There a great view of the city, the Space Needle and I'll point out the Sleepless in Seattle houseboat.

This was the third bike tour my family and I have taken during our 3 week USA vacation. This was the best one in terms of the quality and comfort of the e bikes and the fun they provided. No effort required to travel at up to 20mph! David, an ex school teacher of 30 odd years, was a great guide and was extremely knowledgable about the Seattle area. The scenery was stunning on this nature trail that takes in the dock and some really cool suburbs. Bike helmets have a brilliant easy to use intercom system so everybody can hear the guide as we rode along and could speak to each other. This was a very slick operation and is highly recommended for anybody wishing to see some lovely beauty spots away from downtown Seattle.Excellent experience! Dave was a fabulous tour guide. Fun and educational, well prepared for every turn and stop along with water bottles, tools, and first aid kit. Would recommend this tour to anyone up for having a great time!

This tour is very fun and a cool activity. The guide is very nice, informative and does a great job at explaining things, especially how to use the bikes. You’ll wait in front of a random house in a nice neighborhood at first which is a bit awkward but the bikes are in the garage. I wish it went more into the downtown area but it would be a longer tour if that was the case since it begins north of the city. It was a great experience and would highly recommend if you are looking for a chill tour and nice stroll through the northern neighborhoods outside of downtown.Joe is a wonder tour guide!
