This was my 7th African Safari. Our trip was wonderfully organised with a very experienced guide. We were picked on time from the airport. All our special requirements were taken care of. In Masai Mara we could see the migration crossing the Mara River twice and all the Big 5 up close. I am planning another trip with Lenchada Safaris. Clean, organised and very well behaved staff. Highly recommended.Excellent right from the start. From the company owners' right to the guides. Couldn't meet nicer more knowledgeable guides. I had Richie for Mara and John for Nakuru. Excellent right from the start. From the company owners' right to the guides. Couldn't meet nicer more knowledgeable guides. I had Richie for Mara and John for Nakuru. The camp accommodation and the staff were fantastic. The food there was delicious and some of the best I've had in Kenya. Richie made everyone feel welcome, engaged with everyone on the safari, thank you Richie. For Nakuru it was just John and I; he was knowledgeable and friendly. We shared stories and laughs and even stopped for some delicious authentic Kenyan food coming to the end of the trip. Both men are a credit to the company and Kenya.Simply marvelous.dedicated drivers and guide.well organised.the food, the accomodation, courtesy, all were great

We booked fairly last minute with Lenchada for a 4 day/3 night tour which was really easy and quick thanks to Alex's quick replies. They are much more competitive and informative than other operators we enquired with too and pick up through to drop off was all well organised. We felt really relaxed and taken care of both by our guides and all the team at the camp who were wonderful. Considering this is a 'budget' safari we thought the accommodation was excellent, spacious, comfortable and clean. The guides were dedicated and worked so hard to make sure we saw as much as possible (and we did except for those pesky elusive rhino's!). If you are on a budget but want to experience a safari you should absolutely book with Lenchada, it isnt luxury but you're there to see the animals and that experience is the same regardless of budget! Only thing to be aware of is that the last days optional activities all cost extra money and the Maasai village is quite a hard sell on buying things from them (and they weren't cheap either!) but it was really interesting and you can haggle.Joshua is the best driver and guide ever. We were able to see the whole big five and cheetahs with hyenas as a bonus. He loves wild nature and wants to share his knowledges with people. Accommodation is also great. I didn’t sleep so peaceful like in Nakuru’s Flamingo hill camp. Tour price is fair.

After searching on the internet for a good, reputable tour provider, we were very pleased to find Lenchada safaris. We booked the tour last minute and from the onset- Alex was very helpful, providing us with all of the information and different tour options. We decided on the 7 days safari starting in Nairobi and finishing in Amboseli. During the tour we had two guides- Joseph for the first few days in the Masai Mara and then James for the remaining 4 days. Both guides were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about their jobs. They were confidently able to answer all questions and provide us with a first class tour. This was my first safari and I can honestly say it was brilliant! It had been on my bucket list forever and I was so happy that we could see all of the big 5 and more! Joseph and James made the tour for us! They really couldn’t do enough and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time and a memorable experience! They are a credit to your company! I also would like to say a huge thank you to Sammy- our driver in Nairobi. After accidentally leaving my coat in the car, he facilitated getting it back to me! Thank you for that! The accomodations were all great, rooms/tents with private bathrooms and there was a good variety of food-even for vegetarians. Our highlights were seeing the Rhinos, Lions and the boat ride to see the hippos! We are extremely pleased with the tour and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family! Thanks again!
