Overall, the experience booking this limo for our wine tour was okay. Driver was on time and able to safely transport us as we hit a few wineries in the area. Unfortunately, the next morning I got a call from the driver himself sharing that because our time went 2 hours over limit, I owed an additional amount of money. He asked for my credit card information, and if I could send him a picture of my card. For one, this made me uncomfortable, and he then agreed to have someone from the rental company call to handle additional fees. For two, the driver never warned us the day of, that we were in fact going over the time limits. A heads up would have been appreciated, as we could have timed our plans out better. The experience was fun to celebrate for the day, but overall I am not sure I could recommend using this company.Eric was a spectacular guide. He has a long history of knowledge and can guide anyone to a great experience.

He was super funny too which we all appreciated. The upgrade to limo was a highlight of our trip with Prosecco provided and a ton of water. Overall, would rate our service with Apex a 10/10.
