Amazing week long tour with Ishmael at the wheel. Said took care of planning everything and all we had to do was show up. My husband and I toured Morocco for 7 days, starting in Marrakesh and ending at the sea city of Essaouira. Visiting Berber villages all thought the Altas mountains and staying in the Sahara Desert at a campsite in the Dunes. Ishmael was there the whole way driving us along and teaching us of his culture and food as well as the history of the tribe his family belongs to. The spice routes, mint tea, walking tours and so much more. Said was thoughtful and made sure our dietary needs (vegetarian) were known to everyone and all the Riads we stayed at have food available for us. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you are thinking of visiting Morocco, Countryside Moroccan Tours will welcome you like family. Highly recommend!!We enjoyed a well organized trip to Morocco in May. My family of 5 (including 3 young children) just did a short 1.5 day tour with Morocco Countryside Tours as a part of a bigger trip around Spain. We all feel that our short time in Morocco with our guide Mustafa and driver Yusuf will have been the most special part of our trip! Mustafa is a wonderful guide; he is so kind and friendly and wonderful with children. He is also extremely knowledgeable about his country and loves to educate you about anything you want to know about it. Day 1 they picked us up from Tangier port and took us to a few great spots in Tangier area (Cap Spartel lighthouse, Hercules Cave and camel riding on the beach) and then drove us to the beautiful town of Chefchaoen in the mountains. We were extremely happy with the accommodations Said booked for us in Chefchaoen- the hotel was Hotel Dar Echchaouen Maison d'hôtes & Riad. We asked for a suite expecting just a larger room for our big family and we actually had our own small villa which was completely perfect for us-thank you Said! We spent day 2 in Chefchaoen touring with Mustafa and Chef Said from Restaurant Chourafa. We learned so much about the history, food and culture of the town. I would highly recommend booking your trip to Morocco even if it’s for a short visit with Morocco Countryside Tours. We feel like we walked away from our time in Morocco with new friends and would love to return and do the desert tour someday!4 day private tour from Marrakech to Fes, including Dades Valley, Todra Gorge, Erg Chebbi desert camp, and the Atlas Mountains for our group of 11 adults. 4 day private tour from Marrakech to Fes, including Dades Valley, Todra Gorge, Erg Chebbi desert camp, and the Atlas Mountains for our group of 11 adults. The entire trip way exceeded our expectations from start to finish—while it was only a portion of our trip to Morocco, it was everyone’s highlight. This is a must! Said, Ismael, Zyad, and the entire team were incredibly accommodating, professional, and lots of fun. They even helped us with additional car service when another ride fell through. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommend this tour and this group!!We did a 9 day private tour with Said and would highly recommend Morocco Countryside Tours!
