Joannah (Lead Tour Guide) Sean & Einstein (Trainee Guide) Marvin (Driver) My fiancé, my mother, and I had a wonderful time in this tour. We were pleasantly surprised with the food tasting! We had many different fruits, Biko pie, and lumpia. The food offerings were very generous and delicious. This was definitely a tour by locals. Waterfalls were hidden and would not be able to do it ourselves. It was a good hike with a few fun water crossings. The church cave was really impressive. I really enjoyed our tour company. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My mother is older yet very active. She enjoyed the hike. Everyone on the tour offered to help her when the footing got difficult. This was a great experience to do for a day trip. Boat ride was about 1hr and it was beautiful. I loved being on the water. Seeing the volcano was impressive. Boat crew was very friendly. This tour has a little bit of everything from history, food tasting, adventure hike, and boat tour. A few of the stops have pay for toilets so bring a few pesos and toilet paper. My family was very impressed with this tour package. My family was very impressed with this tour package. Ate Joannah and Tito Marlon were very friendly and helpful as tour guide and driver. The agenda included stops for local food like buko pie and fruit, a Taal viewpoint, the Palace in the Sky, the PHIVOLCS facility, the boat to Taal itself, and the waterfall, which was certianly the highlight of the tour. We had the falls to ourselves and it was a much more private experience compared to Pagsanjan Falls which is very commercialized and very crowded. We also enjoyed the hike to the falls, but we would strongly recommend that if you go to the falls that you wear water/aqua shoes or something similar and not regular shoes because it is a lengthy walk and you must walk through water in several places. The water shoes will also be great for the boat ride to Taal. We'd also recommend bringing insect repellent, drinking water, and toilet tissue.
