Wow, what can I say? This is a once in a lifetime (although I would do it again!), must-do experience. After reading all of the reivews I was nervous as I am claustrophobic. My son (20's) pushed me to do it and thank goodness he did. It was amazing. It is a challenging tour as you are swimming, climbing, walking, pulling yourself up, and squeezing through tight spaces, so I'm not sure how it is for people that aren't in shape. Both my son and I were pretty tired afterward. I would recommend Cayo Inland Expeditions to handle the tour. Ask for the owner JP. Jam Jam and Cisco are great guides.
