The second floor shows art work in a chronological order, from traditional to contemporary works. Afewerk Tekle's massive African Heritage is one of the most notable pieces. Another painting depicts the meeting of Solomon and Sheba.[1] The second floor contains a collection of secular arts and crafts, including traditional weapons, jewellery, utensils, clothing and musical instruments.[1] Finally, the third floor has an ethnographic display. I learned so many interesting and unique things about the city. My guide, Yoseph, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history, religions, geography, politics and more. Why so many eucalyptus trees on the way to Entoto Park? Which religion was inspired by the past emperor? What book does everything Ethiopian teen get as a gift? It was pouring when we visited the market but the driver Beni carefully navigated the busy area and I managed to get some green coffee beans without getting soaked. Highly recommended! My guide and driver were both excellent. The guide had a ton of knowledge and made things interesting. My guide and driver were both excellent. The guide had a ton of knowledge and made things interesting. The tour stops were very diverse which kept it fresh, and I loved the meal we had. The food was amazing and at a small restaurant I never would have known to choose on my own. I did this tour during a long layover I had in Addis Ababa and it was a great use of time. It would have been quite overwhelming to have done this on my own and I would have missed out on so much context. Don’t hesitate to sign up if you’re in the city!Once we left the airport we found the guide with a sign and my name. We waited just 1min for the van to arrive. There were many favorites part to my visit to Addis Ababa but specifically taking all my day tours with Aman Ethiopia tours. From the person contact with the owner Amanuel who helped me curate my daily trips to the staff, it was overall an amazing experience. My first tour was with Dani (driver) and yihun(guide) they were both very accommodating, hospitable, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the country, the tour, the community and activities. My wonderful experience did not stop there. In an another Day tour i had the pleasure of having Nikidimos as my driver and shasha as my guide. The attention to detail, the knowledge, awareness and ensuring that not only was i educated on my tour but being fully encompassed in the culture, made my experience be invaluable. This company and their staff is 5 star all the way aroundMy guide and driver were very fun professional and had a wide knowledge base on my entire tour. Already have booked my second tour
