This glorious site is located on Kazinczy street and was opened in 1913, is known as Europe’s most outstanding Orthodox Jewish house of worship. It is also one of the most significant Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) monuments in Hungary. Currently, it is protected as a national monument by the Hungarian State.
