What to expect
Itinerary
Day 1: Begin of the Trip
Pass By: Meeting of Waters, Rio Negro e Rio Solimoes, Manaus, State of Amazonas 69005-141 Brazil
At 8am you will be transferred from the hotel to the Ceasa port. There a speed-boat is used to take the group to the meeting of the waters (the point where the Negro river and the Solimões River meet). From there the group is taken to the village of Careiro da vazea on the other side of the river. The entire Boat-ride takes about 40 minutes. At Careiro da vazea the journey continues by car for about 50 minutes to the River Paraná do Mamori. From there the last part of the journey is by speed-boat for about 45 minutes reaching the lodge around at 11:30am

At 2:30pm the activities begin, the group leaves by motorized boat to the camping place for the next few days, there you will set up camp and prepare yourselves to go Cayman spotting during the night.
Meals included:
• Lunch: Are generally prepared with regional fresh fish, chicken, rice, vegetables and Manioc wheat.
• Dinner: Are generally prepared with regional fresh fish, rice, vegetables and Manioc wheat.
Accommodation included: Hammock with mosquito net
Day 2: Camping out in the Jungle

At 5:30am a canoe trip is done to watch the sunrise and to get a close-up view of the forest waking up to a new day. At 7am breakfast is served and then at 8am a jungle walk starts and finishes at 11:30am. During the walk, the guide explains valuable information about the forest. Much is learned about medicinal plants, spiders, trees and there is even a chance of seeing monkeys.
The afternoon activity starts at 3pm. It is canoeing in the flooded forest and in the small channels. It is a great opportunity to see and learn about the flora and fauna of this fantastic Amazon jungle and also go fishing for some piranhas.

Day 3: Camping Out in The Jungle

from 08am to 11am a visit is made to a local family house to learn about their simple and fantastic way of living in the forest. Then back to the lodge for lunch and relaxing whilst admiring the sounds of the jungle before returning back to the lodge for lunch .

At 01:30pm is the departure time back to Manaus and you will arrive at approximately 04:30pm

Fui completamente surpreendida pela asistencia que recebemos de Joshua e toda a sua equipe. Ele é muito atencioso, desde as conversas pelo celular, da nossa chegada em Manaus, na volta da Selva até voltarmos pra casa. Fomos conhecer a Amazônia e passamos 3 dias e noites no hotel de selva, com direito a acampar na selva uma noite, e por mais que tudo seja simples, ele conseguiu nos proporcionar uma experiencia única. Toda a equipe que trabalha com ele é muito preparada para receber turistas, são pessoas muito agradáveis e atenciosas ao extremo. As instalações do hotel de selva são simples, mas nos serviu super bem ( os quartos tem banheiro privativo e ar condicionado). Na frente dos quartos há redes de fente para o rio. O local de refeiçoes serve para integrar e para voce interagir com os outros hospedes. Tem uma piscina de água de rio também. é indescritível pode contemplar a paisagem do rio, de dia e de noite, quando a lua aparece. A comida é caseira, simples, mas é maravilhosa!!! Os peixes são todos uma delicia. Queria dar destaque aos guias Matias e Titan, que fizeram os passeios com a gente, que além de muito preparados são pessoas muito agradáveis. Saímos a noite para ver os jacarés, fizemos pesca de piranha, acampamos no meio da selva, com direito a fogueira, churrasco de frango e caipirinha. Aproveitamos a oportunidade para conhecer as cachoeiras da cidade vizinha e uma tribo indígena. Só tivemos experiencias positivas nessa viagem. Gostei e indico fechar todos os passeios com Joshua.
