My third visit with my little nieces ages 6, 9 and 11 and their parents. Once again a wonderful time. There are options for every age, from little baby slides to 4 story amazing super slides. The kids loved the wave pool. They had a blast. Once again the park was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and are continually bustling around making sure everything is clean and functioning. The best part is watching the other families. Everyone looks so happy. In particular I like to see so many fathers having a wonderful time with their kids who clearly adore their dads. We rented a cabana which was really nice and gave us a little privacy and very comfortable seating. Can’t wait to go back and neither can the girls. My son had a fun time…he was even calling out fishes in his dreams when we got home.. we are definitely going back

Waited for 45 minutes and wasn't at the door. Asked an employee if I could get a refund and he said yes. It isn't safe to have hundreds of people wait in line with no distancing and no masks. When I got home I called for my refund. They refused to refund and would let me rebook by April 28th. After speaking to a supervisor I was told the employee was wrong and they would WOW, waive the change fee. This place is all about only. They could have had timed tickets and limited the number of guests to make it safe. This establishment has sneaky practices. Tara [email protected] Was NOT helpful didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience or even say sorry. She just copy and pasted the policy. My family and I are traveling to the facility from Virginia. The section for kids was okay but the bucket of water dumping every few minutes was way too powerful for small children. Trying to help him up and keep him safe was extra hard with water blasts to the face constantly as well. The worst kiddie section I have ever seen. The hot tubs had way too many chemicals which caused my daughter and several other kids to leave quickly coughing and gagging. We only stayed in the hot tub for a minute or two and my eyes were burning so bad i couldn't see. We waited in line for nearly 2 hours to get to a counter with grumpy workers and barely any food. Most of the food was gone but we managed to get 2 small personal pizzas and four drinks for $50. So very disappointing. Everything was packed and overcrowded. Ended up feeding my son sitting on the floor. There was not a single seat available. Also saw several other families eating while sitting on the floor.
