The absolute worst entry ever. Timed entry should be smooth. Disorganized. Behind schedule. Zero signage. Ridiculously long wait. Why??We never got inside. After waiting 45 minutes beyond our timed entry at 11:30 am, we were informed that entrance was being closed and we needed to get in line at the front of the building. As we joined the line that was moving slowly and wrapped around the corner of the building, we gave up.

Bought a timed entry ticket for 45 minutes ago. Still waiting to enter. Going to miss our paid exhibit. I’ve been to this museum 30x and it’s never been like this. Do not do this on your trip. You will have cranky, sad children who have waited 2 years to see dinosaur bones and get an abbreviated visit because they had to wait 1-1.5 hours to even get in.Such a great museum so many things to see and really well laid out. I would try and eat before going in as we found food and drink very very expensive
