Overview

Dive into the sea, in Québec City. Come and meet the 10, 000 marine animals that inhabit the Aquarium: fish, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and sea mammals. Among them, polar bear, walruses, and seals will provide you with unique moments. Watch them when they're feeding or being trained. A fascinating experience for young and old alike! This huge site (16 hectares) has superbly laid out areas indoors and outdoors. In summer, take the opportunity to picnic, cool off with water games, and try out the safe and secure, child-friendly Tree-to-Tree circuit. In winter, take advantage of our indoor facilities to enjoy a hot meal and of our outdoor trails to admire the St. Lawrence River and our marine mammals.

Great visit considering the time of the year we went. It will be really awesome once the polar bear exhibit opens!

A visit here is one that I am glad I did. With so much about the oceans and waterway we still don't understand this place makes that a great educational experience. Being from the Great Lakes region ( Lake Erie ) I never really thought much about the aquaculture that exists beyond it. The St Lawr...

We all enjoyed the jellyfish the most. Lots to see inside and out. Worth a stop as it’s close to many hotels.

My partner and I spent the entire afternoon at the Aquarium. It was extremely interactive with touch tanks, and demonstrations. There are rays, an octopus, walruses, seals, and and underwater tube. Truly an unforgettable experience. Make sure to take time and enjoy the jellyfish exhibit.

We had a great visit at this aquarium except that the polar bears weren't there. But the walruses were great and so was everything else.
