Francesco (Frenk !) is the perfect guide! He is very flexible, we had booked the day before another tour, the guides have coordinated with each other, put together an individual tour and so we had with Frenk! the perfect complement. Besides his versatile knowledge he is very entertaining, we laughed a lot! On the way he pointed out to us very many hidden details, away from the guidebooks. In a prepared folder he showed us in between pictures from the past of the city, so that we were also allowed to travel into the past. Even after the tour, he sent us information about what else we can do in Verona, because the weather changed and we were looking for indoor alternatives. We can highly recommend him and we are happy about this encounter! Beatrice and KlausGreat fun! Wonderful guide, very nice and informative We enjoyed the gondola, sang with the gondolier
