I enjoyed the entire experience. I had never ziplined before so that was especially thrilling. Everyone that worked at the site seemed professional and very experienced at providing a safe experience. I will say that while the cenote swim was amazing, it helps to be at least comfortable with treading water to fully enjoy the experience. Even with the vests, if you're not comfortable with swimming in deeper parts it maybe a bit daunting. If you're a couple, the other person can walk around and meet you if you need to split up. The ATVS were awesome as well. Definitely worth the price. My guide was Alex, he was high energy, fun, and knowledgeable. Great time!We did the zipline, atv and cenote ..all were fun and safe ..would definitely use them again in the future. Every one practiced covid safety protocols and respected distancing

Everything worked out great. The family had a good time. The van ride from Riviera Maya was a quick hour-ish drive. We arrived at the tour destination and things ran smoothly. I would suggest the early morning 7-730 pickup. When we finished our last activity it appeared much more busy. The guides were great. The photo package is reasonably priced compared to some others I have been on. The kids loved the zip lines and ATV tour the best. The Cenote is very interesting. The kids were just not in to it. (11 &13 years). The lunch was great. I would recommend it to friends. We were picked up promptly from our Iberostar hotel at 7 and returned back to the hotel a little after 3. I can see that people could find it disorganized, but there are a lot of people coming and going. If you have a good group and stay together things will run smoothly with no problems. Al the staff was friendly.Great experience! ATV portion lasts about 30 minutes. It’s in the jungle, but a nice path is carved out. Great experience! ATV portion lasts about 30 minutes. It’s in the jungle, but a nice path is carved out. It’s hilly and bumpy in spots, but there are straightaways where you can give the ATV some gas. Then, it’s onto the zip lining where you go on 7 different zip lines. They are long and fairly fast. This part takes about 45 minutes. Then, it’s the cenote swim. The water is cold and refreshing, and it’s quite a neat thing to see. This lasts about 30-45 minutes as well. Lastly, you get to eat before heading home. The food was quite good. They had a salad bar, pulled pork, baked chicken, and several sides. The only extra cost you will counter are the tips for your driver, your guide, etc, and the optional ATV insurance, which is $15 a driver if you choose to take it.We booked an excursion prior to our stay at Fives Beach Hotel, I specifically told concierge we wanted to do a short ATV tour. We booked an excursion prior to our stay at Fives Beach Hotel, I specifically told concierge we wanted to do a short ATV tour. We were told we could do a PRIVATE trip for $89 per person, we would get picked up, drive ATV's (they told us we each had to drive an ATV and couldn't right as doubles) and swim in cenote. We got picked up at 10:55am and in a hot van for 2 hours with a driver that spoke NO English, stopped at 2 hotels to pick up others where we waited in van 20 minutes . After the 2 hour van ride we arrived at Aventuras Mayas - packed with people and unorganized, we swam in cenote for 20 minutes then had wristbands put on saying NO MEALS. After we complained that it was after 2pm and we had no food and no food to purchase they allowed us to eat. Then we waited over 2 hours for the ATV rides where you could ride double but it is cheaper so they lie to you get more money. It was so crowded and took so long it was miserable. We had a two hour trip back to hotel. I requested a refund and I was sent an email that because our DAUGHTER signed a paper saying "no refund" they won't give us one. They literally went to our daughter and told her what to write (without our knowledge) when she had no idea what was going on. It was a total sham and I would never trust them. If you want to do an ATV excursion I would try Xplor – our friends did that one and had a much better experience. The cenote was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Jorge was one of the best guides I’ve had while doing an excursion. Jorge was knowledgeable and personable, we had a great time.
