Pass By: Wat Pho Nimit Sathit Mahasimaram, 96 Thoet Thai 19 Alley, Khwaeng Bang Yi Ruea, Khet Thon Buri, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10600, Thailand
A nice little temple in the middle of local community.
Stop At: Wat Khun Chan, 1144 Thoet Thai Road, Soi Thoet Thai 28, Bangkok Thailand
This temple is really nice. The black demon of Wednesday night sits at the foot of a huge golden Buddha, itself seated upon a host of silver elephants. A lot of nice, highly decorative smaller temples surround.
Overall a calm, serene, and aesthetically pleasing place. Definitely worth a visit, especially if your going to see the giant Buddha!
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Wat Pak Nam, Pak Nam sub-district, Bang Khla Thailand
Vast Buddhist temple complex featuring a towering stupa & numerous stone & glass sculptures
Duration: 10 minutes
Pass By: Wat Nak Prok, 342 Thoet Tai Road 49 Pak Khlong Phasi Charoen, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160 Thailand
Interesting Thai Buddhist temple with Chinese influences, dedicated to the NAGA
Pass By: Wat Ratcha Orasaram Ratchaworawihan (Chom Thong), Ekachai Road Bang Kho, Chom Thong, Bangkok 10150 Thailand
Large, beautiful and historic temple hidden away off main roads. There's a massive reclining Buddha and a nice garden on the khlong

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It's in the western part of Bangkok, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The tour takes place on mostly quiet alleys and back streets. No fear of cars! Very green and floral, over canals, past temples—a real glimpse into real Bangkok residential living. Our guide was informative, fun and safety-conscious. Our meeting point was easily accessible by metro. Highly recommend.Excellent tour. We rode around the quieter streets of Bangkok, with Prayuth happy to explain all we needed to know about the area. I wish I had completed the ride first few days to get bearings on the area and know different places to visit whilst visiting Bangkok.

We took the bike tour with our three children. The trip took about three hours, mostly on small and calm streets. There was a small (20 inch) bike for my 10 year old son and a child seat for my 6 year old. Our guide, Prayuth, was very kind and helpful. He took care that we are comfortable and at ease. Along the way we stopped to try some delicious street food and traditional Thai snacks. We rode along small alleys with houses and saw how local people lived. We also stopped at multiple temples and monuments. We learnt a lot of interesting things about local culture and way of life of Thai people. All five of us agreed at the end of the tour that it was a great experience. We recommend it for all who’d like to see a bit of Bangkok beyond main tourist attractions and glitzy shopping malls.
