Aloha tours via Trip advisor and Viator is a questionable operation. Please note in the fine print that getting on the Battleship Memorial Arizona in Pearl Harbor is not something they likely get guaranteed tickets for. We received an email the night before stating we did not get tickets to the Arizona and we would be placed in a Lottery for them. We stood in line with the rest of the Non-tour visitors in the sun for 2 hours and 15 mins to attend this .gov sponsored tour. However, we made amazing friends with two other couples who purchased identical tours from identical locations (Maui) for the identical moment and identical experience. We paid $800 per couple, they paid $925. For the services provided, we obtained a flight from Maui to Honolulu valued at under $200 and a shuttle ride to the Battleship Memorial facility from the airport. Seeing the museum or submarine exhibits was an extra expense on us, which after seeing the Battleship Missouri (that was provided). There was no time for. There are no restaurants on the property as stated but instead a snack shop convenient type store only. There were two food trucks but tickets had to be purchased to the area they were located in to access them. The .gov tour buses which took us to view the Battleship Missouri was late and involved another hour in line in the sun. This meant that our tour time with Aloha Sunshine Tour was over and the promised tour to Honolulu area would not be experienced. The shuttle driver had to take us back to the airport to be sure we didn’t miss our flights. All three of us couples have requested as large a refund from Aloha Sunshine Tours owned by a FL resident named Yasir. Mike (one of our contacts at Aloha Sunshine Tours) says this will be made right…I will update you as this unfolds. This was a really great experience and the customer service was top notch. This was a really great experience and the customer service was top notch. The convenience of having everything booked was worth the price. This included the tickets to the Arizona Memorial and the Mighty Mo, as well as the airfare from Maui. Our driver Jorge also went above and beyond, personally helping us sync up with the rest of the group parties who were all staying in Honolulu. His knowledge of the events of 12/7/41 were amazing as was his knowledge of downtown Honolulu and its history. I also have nothing but good things to say about the owner Yasser who gave me his cell so I could stay in sync with my arrival at the Honolulu Airport and the rest of the group.Esperienza mai fatta perché l'agenzia aveva sbagliato la data dei biglietti aerei, quindi oltre al danno anche la beffa! E non si riesce a contattare nessuno per il rimborso. Ridicoli

RidicoliLate, disorganized and very rude. One driver flipped me off just for trying to ask a question. He was so rude to others too. He needs to be fired ! Company needs to posted signs so you know where your tour is.
