Please make sure to read the other reviews. They promise you something and then you get something completely different. They also charge you way more than if you were to wait and book on the island directly with another company. As another review mentions, they also charge the locals way way less than they charge you online for the same exact tour. BEWARE. I was just on the island and I ended up going with another company since the boat was a very small boat as all the other reviews mention. The guide was also not the best. I recommend you book with another company or wait until you arrive on the island.Make sure to not book with this company. Make sure to not book with this company. They promise you a boat with a bathroom and then the boat was a very small boat that was dangerous to take out in choppy waters. It of course did not have a bathroom. We booked an English speaking guide and the guide barely spoke any English and he complained to the entire boat that he would have to also explain the tour in English and not just Spanish. They blamed us for being 40 minutes late to arrive on the island. But it was actually the same company's ferry that we booked that was late to arrive to the island. We recommend you do not book with this company at all.My nephew and I had a nice time at Darwin's Observatory, the turtles were amazing. My nephew and I had a nice time at Darwin's Observatory, the turtles were amazing. I highly recommend walking through this park and the out on the rocks that line the shoreline behind it. Scuba diving was awesome, I went out on an older wooden sailboat in excellent condition for a wonderful 2 tank dive. We saw a number of native fish to the islands, Hammer Head Sharks and other specie's I had not seen before. Food was awesome, especially if you enjoy fresh right from the boats freshness. Hiking was great too. You were able to crawl through lava formed tunnels and walk through them too. The sites on the island were amazing. Great surfing, we caught some really nice right breaks. Waves were awesome to to big to ride. Down hill skateboarding was a treat on really smooth asphalt roads on challaging hills. Tent a bike and really your the island and beaches. This was a great trip, spent a week in this island looking to go back and sport fish and dive some of the other islands real soon.instead of 4h, 3h 20 min, never made it to Loretas, really unpleasant boarding and unboarding which was easily corrected, but only we requested it, snorkeling without seeing any animals, according to Galapagos locals due to a wrong season for the tour, not qualified tour guide, ridiculous reques...
instead of 4h, 3h 20 min, never made it to Loretas, really unpleasant boarding and unboarding which was easily corrected, but only we requested it, snorkeling without seeing any animals, according to Galapagos locals due to a wrong season for the tour, not qualified tour guide, ridiculous request not to take cameras to the grietas as they are easily stolen there. In my 10 years experience with viator, the only time I saw such a big tip box. we did not tip although.Whilst we did everything promised in the tour description, it was really disappointing that this wasn't a small group tour. There were 17 in our group and so you got the usual problems of not hearing explanations or being a bit rushed.

Boat was the size of a water taxi and entry was difficult. Tour was limited to 3 stops very near the harbor which were not what we expected. Our cost through Trip Advisor was far higher than others paid (we paid $75 each; others paid $30 each.) We question whether we were on the right boat. Driver and tour guide did a great job with limited itinerary.
