As the heading suggests, we were so pleased we did this tour. Our tour guide Martin, is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions arising. His English is perfect so no problem there. He also has a great sense of humour! This tour enabled us to get an early understanding of our bearings around the heart of the city as well as introducing us to so much of "Grand Berlin", which for some reason we hadn't expected. Sarah was amazing!! It was my first time to Berlin. The tour was enjoyable. She did well at explaining the many sad events that happened in Berlin. She described what to see in the many buildings and sites we went to if we were to take more time outside the tour. I had no idea on the amount of things to see. We went with brother in law and his wife. I wish we would have had more days to be in Berlin. The many things Sarah shared with us I so wish I could have explored. It’s a city I would recommend having several days to be in. There’s so many museums of history I wish I would have had time took go to. I highly recommend this tour. This is an incredible tour for the price. I’d recommend trying to schedule in warmer weather if you can, but nonetheless Isanne was an outstanding tour guide. I like to think I know a lot about Berlin but she taught me so many new things by the end of the tour. I’d also recommend scheduling an early tour because the sooner you finish the tour then you can double back to some of the spots and take a more in-depth look (you don’t get much time for pictures, but that’s because they need to keep the tour moving, but I had no trouble taking my pictures and keeping up with Isanne) I also loved how passionate Isanne was when speaking about the dark past of Berlin, she never shied away from the atrocities and that made the tour that much more authentic. If you only have one day in Berlin I’d highly recommend taking this tour because you will see most of your big tourist places and get an amazing history lesson along with it.Jackielister
