The highlight of this trip for us was the stop at Tegallalang Rice Terraces…an engineering masterpiece that waits to be explored! Bright green surrounds you at every turn and your senses are overloaded from start to finish. You’ll be there an hour and feel as though you’ve just arrived, it’s that good. This trip was made possible because of our driver, Winjana, who’s an Ubud native that knows his way around. Winjana did more than just ferry us between sights, he helped us learn about Balinese culture and history. If you want local expertise and to be immersed in Ubud cultural center, Winjana is your guy!
