Bali Batuan Temple is a local Balinese Hindu temple looked after by the local resident of Batuan countryside. The temple is designed very beautiful with full of Balinese ornaments and the roof temple building is made from the fiber of chromatic black palm tree.
It is strategically located beside of the main road from Denpasar to Ubud. For over a thousand years, Batuan has been a village of artists and craftsmen, old legends and mysterious tales.

Puto rika was our driver during the first day of our bali trip and indeed made our bali memorable experience. He is not just a driver or a tour guide but he is a person who gets to know his clientele needs and wants that exceeded our expectations. He creates a positive vibe and build a good relationship with his customers and to be able to do that it takes time, courage and patience and we salute puto for that. A friendly, funny and a very optimistic person to be with is just a great way to start our balinese experience. We will definitely be back to bali and be our tour guide/driver again.ignacioe745

Excellent day out (probably our most enjoyable day in Bali). Putu is a great guide and an extremely careful driver. He has extensive local knowledge and was able to amend the Ubud day tour to cater for us. As written in other reviews Putu takes great photos. I highly recommend Putu.

Putu Rika is a trustworthy driver / local tour guide. Definitely a no-brainer choice for driving service in Bali. I ran across this listing on TripAdvisor when I was planning my family trip to Bali. After browsing his website, I made a reservation for a full-day tour. It's saving me lots of time for planning. He showed up on time on the day. He was nice, easy to get along with and was very flexible on the arrangement for the day. All of our family members are very satisfied with his service especially his picture taking skill. He is so skillful at taking amazing photos, making our journey in Bali having lots of fun. At the end of our full-day trip. We even hired him for a half-day trip for next day. It's a pity that we didn't know he also offers transportation service from and to airport. If I knew that from the beginning, I would let Putu Rika handle all of the transportation for our trip.Christine L

We have had our fair share of guides and drivers in Bali - none was as good, as sincere or knowledgeable as Putu. We found him while searching for horse riding tours. We had time in the morning and he let us customise and choose specifically where we wanted to go - waterfalls, rice terraces, a temple - before our horse riding. He planned our full day schedule well and had all the timings under control (without us having to make decisions). Putu was v responsive on WhatsApp and arrived punctually. It felt like he was happy-go-lucky but through his actions you can tell he takes the business seriously. Furthermore, he made us feel at ease with his friendly and funny demeanour like a classmate you haven’t seen in a long time. Personable with no pretence. He was also v frank - he told us as tourists we had to take the tourist walkway (ie. through the shops) while he met us on the other side. Plus point (which has been reiterated many times here), Putu is skilful with capturing camera angles and creative panoramic shots which made our day. Highly recommended - Putu deserves all the amazing reviews and a never-ending supply of customers!
