We met at 6:30 to begin an incredible evening of walking and eating the most amazing tacos. We learned about the history of the area. We were warned at the outset to pace ourselves as we had 8 tacos, two snacks, and dessert. Everything was delicious, from the family owned stands to the little restaurants to the churro man. We were so full by the end of the night but loved the whole evening. Don’t miss this tour.My favourite part of the tour was everything . #1 Tip: Make sure you come hungry! #2 Tip: Be ready for a fun evening! Be prepared to stop at a number of great locations serving a variety of wonderful and tasty dishes. Don't worry if you have specific dietary preferences as they can customize the food choices to fit your needs. You will get to taste food from multiple local families/establishments along with a wonderful variety of sauces to accompany/compliment your food. Our guide Roman did a great job interacting with our whole group, giving us background on the local area, the food we would be sampling and the families serving it. Loved having a variety of options from food carts, restaurants, (my wife's favorite) churro man and the great cream/fruit bars to end the night. Make sure to do this tour early in your stay in PV so that you can revisit some of your favorite places. We made sure to go back and get dinner from one of our favorites from the night tour in order to have additional items from their menu along with a couple that stood out during the tour. Also great that as part of the tour you get a Vallarta Eats tote bag that is sturdy and great to take home with you.
