I found Capitain Mo on TripAdvisor and hired him after reading some of the reviews. Our goal was to learn how to flat fish given that we had never done it before and my son wanted to start fishing as a hobby. The outing was absolutely great. Capitain Mo took us to an area that had literally dozens of different types of fish. We caught Lemon shark, Trigger fish, Nurse shark, Mangrove snappers , Mutton snappers, Yellow tail snapper and Blue runners. More importantly, Capitain Mo taught us what fishing rod, nylon, weights hooks and bait to use to replicate the experience on our own. It has worked perfectly. We have been able to catch fish every time we have gone fishing on our own. Captain Mo was extremely pleasant to be with and very patient with us rookies. We would definitely hire him again. My wife and I booked a 6 hour boat trip with Captain Mo on May 28, 2019. What a great experience! My wife and I booked a 6 hour boat trip with Captain Mo on May 28, 2019. What a great experience! He has a tremendous knowledge of the local waters, tides, and varieties of fish. Additionally, he has all the tackle, bait and equipment to get you where you need to be. Between my wife and I we caught more fish than we could count. We ended the day with Captain Mo putting me onto a 6 ft. 100 lb lemon shark. I never realized what it was like to fight a fish that big. If you are planning a fishing charter in Miami, call Captain Mo...a great fishing guide and a great guy.Wow 2 big Tarpon on Sunday morning, one approximately 150lbs the other approximately 140lbs. I took my 6 year old son fishing for the first time and we had an awesome experience, caught a ton of Jacks and a 250 lbs Bull Shark. Captain Mo was great and made the experience just perfect for my son and I. Not to mention that I reached out to him 2 days before when I wanted to charter and he was happy to accommodate. Not a chance that I come back to Miami and don't fish with Captain Mo again! Excited for our next trip down!
