Stop At: Blue Hole, Ocho Rios Jamaica
The Blue Hole is a peaceful and secluded spot located in the White River Valley which borders both St Ann and St Mary. Your driver/guide will educate you about the way of Jamaican lifestyle, history and culture proceeding to the Blue Hole. Along the way you will see the clear blue waters of the river that wind through the hills, forests and villages along its path.
Upon reaching the Blue Hole your attentive guide will assist you to an adventure and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You will get to climb along the many cascades, jumping off the rocks into the natural swimming pools. Explore hidden, underwater caves and tunnels, daring dives and an exciting Tarzan rope swing. Upon completion of your tour your tour driver will transport you back to your hotel, guest house, Private Villa, Airbnb or cruise port terminal.
NOTE: (Optional) You can request for your driver/guide to stop for you to purchase Souvneir Shopping or local lunch.

My husband, son and I had a blast on this excursion thanks to Jacques and his sister Charlotta (hope I spelled the names right). They were very helpful and informative about Jamaican life and culture while keeping us entertained. The actual Blue Hole experience was amazing! The water was cold, but that didn’t deter us from taking on the jumps and excitement of the beautiful water. Our Blue Hole guide Glenn was amazing. He is very personable, funny and was able to calm any fears I initially had about cliff jumping lol. We are already planning our next cruise which of course will Definitely include Blue Hole! I captured many great videos and pics during the day and so did the photographer guide with us. Didn’t plan on it, but his pictures of our jumping were so captivating we splurged & purchased the pics for $80. You can’t go wrong booking this excursion...it helped make my 31st Wedding Anniversary (9-17) a little more exciting! After Blue Hole we were taken to Scotchies to grab a bite for an additional fee. Jerked pork and jerked chicken with some ribs was our lunch. It wasn’t worth the hype, but I can now say I’ve tried it. We used Jacques Tours Jamaica on our last visit and were happy to do so again. Jarvis picked us up for the Blue Hole excursion right on time at our hotel lobby. Van was clean and cool, ride was great, Jarvis told us about the culture, history, and more. He set us up with a guide at the attraction...
We used Jacques Tours Jamaica on our last visit and were happy to do so again. Jarvis picked us up for the Blue Hole excursion right on time at our hotel lobby. Van was clean and cool, ride was great, Jarvis told us about the culture, history, and more. He set us up with a guide at the attraction and kept our things safely in the van while we did our tour, so we had no worries or stuff to carry with us. He also drove us to the Scotchies restaurant, which was fabulous, before taking us back to the hotel. For a second excursion we used Jacques again, this time to the Ocho Rios beach. Jacques and Sharlata were our driver and guide this time, and again the van was clean and on time, and we felt totally safe and comfortable. We would totally recommend using Jacques for the friendly and reliable service, and the awesome staff! Thanks so much!Jessica H

I cannot speak more highly of Jacques tours. They were professional, knowledgable, and even accommodated the last minute changes our group made! They drove us to the blue hole, the whole way teaching my kids about Jamaica. Charletta even mentioned that if she had known my son was doing a report on Jamaica she would have prepared some information for him!! They took us to the falls early enough to avoid the buses of tourists from cruise ships so we had an amazing, more private experience. They also waited at the van with our belongings while we had fun in the falls. You will not be disappointed if you book your transportation through Jacques tours. They exceeded every expectation I had and did it with a welcoming Jamaican smile!Amber H

Loved Blue Hole! Glad we went there over Dunn’s River Falls. It was much more interactive for my teen girls and in my opinion prettier. We jumped off the cliff into the water and swung from a rope swing into the water. Unfortunately the water pipes had been opened so they could repair them, so the water was flowing into the river which made it very rough waters as opposed to still water. Of course this wasn’t their fault. Our guide at Blue Hole (Julien) was aware of our safety and with us every step of the way. My girls felt like royalty! We had a private guide for the day (Jarvis) and it was half the price of booking through Carnival. Everyone else had large groups. We were brought to the front of the line, then afterwards he gave us the option to go to a free beach near the port or to go to a private beach with a bar, bathrooms and WiFi at an additional cost. There was a coral reef there and the fish were swimming around us. He also took us shopping in what he said was the best prices/area. And then made sure we got dropped off to board our ship. We arrived in Ochos Rios for the day on our 7 day cruise. While it seemed that other groups were scattered, it was easy to find Jacques Tours Bus and the staff calmed our nerves through the chaos. Our group leader organized a unique trip through Jacques Tours Jamaica and the staff was willing to accommodate all our requests. We hit Bob Marley's birthplace, world famous Scotchies for lunch, finished by a jumping down the waterfalls at the Blue Hole. It was such an interesting trip and I really feel that we got to see Jamaica's real culture with this tour. Thank you to Jacques and Horis for the incredible experience! We can't wait to visit again, it was by far our favorite adventure in the 7 days. One love <3
