This tour was disappointing. The Guides did not speak English and didn’t seem sure about where to take us. We enjoyed the snorkeling and had a very nice lunch but then went to a beach that was not pleasant at all. A lot of peddlers harassing us and nothing to do there. The owner did try to make it up to us with a another trip but we didn’t have time in our scheduled to take advantage of that.We rented Adam's boat for a day trip to the Rosario Islands. We actually rented the boat for the previous day but inclement weather derailed our plans. Luckily, Adam was flexible and allowed us to go the next day. His crew was very friendly and great at helping everyone on and off the boat.

The booking was fast, seamless and they gave us valuable information and recommendations for our outing. Adam met us at the dock and arranged the whole day for us. The crew was courteous and professional and we felt we were in good hands. We called Adam to make a lunch reservation for us and he handled it immediately. Excellent tour company!This experience was an absolute nightmare and we are still shaken from the day. Adam sent us off with a reckless crew who didn’t speak a word of English, were rude and impatient. This experience was an absolute nightmare and we are still shaken from the day. Adam sent us off with a reckless crew who didn’t speak a word of English, were rude and impatient. We were on the boat with two small children, the sea was rough and the crew had no consideration about our safety the whole time. On the way back, they ran out of gas, the sea was extremely rough and they stopped the boat in the middle of the ocean to refill with gas, something they could have done when we were docked on a dirty beach just 10 minutes earlier. Instead, my children (6 and 9 yo) were pushed to the front of a dangerously rocking boat alone with no explanation as we scrambled to follow them and understand what was going on. Then the crew filled the gas tank, left us in the front and started the boat with no warning!! We though we were going overboard and clung to the boat and our children for dear life on the ride back. The whole trip was a disaster, with a stop at a rough “snorkeling” area with big waves pushing us out and literally no fish to see anywhere. Lunch was in a decent place but we were rushed out of their by the crew and taken to the dirtiest trashy beach instead. Unbelievable that this tour company is allowed to operate! No wonder Rosario islands is full of reports of accidents and we are just so thankful to have escaped the experience in one piece!Adam and Anyi are great people,reliable and trustworthy when it comes to boat rentals and tours! I highly recommend booking with them in advance.
