The offerings included a wide variety of food and drink. There were treats for every taste. I sipped my tea with a beautiful sunset. After we booked and paid for this cruise i managed to contact the operator (the phone number given by Viator is of an ex employee). I was informed that the cruise i booked and paid for is not currently available and the winter version is only a half day cruise and that the morning is spent on a bus. The number of places we visited was greatly reduced although i was told that the winter programme would allow us to see more. The snacks and refreshments advertised never materialised. The lunch menu did not include grilled chicken and complimentary refreshments. The stat of the minibus that picked us up left much to be desired. The severely cracked windscreen topped it all. Pickup from the hotel is not quite correct. The minibus was parked 500m away, at least we were accompanied unlike our return when we were dropped off in an unfamiliar area and given wrong directions. The 2.5 hours we spent on the luxury yacht was both a relaxing and educational experience. It is a perfect opportunity to discover the most beautiful places of Istanbul.
