The worst experience with a car service ever! We were confirmed for pick up at 1130 and they never showed up. The worst experience with a car service ever! We were confirmed for pick up at 1130 and they never showed up. We called at 1145 and we were told that we needed to contact their third party service to figure out why we weren’t picked up! Horrible customer service and did not care that we were going to the airport for a flight. When a van finally arrived at 1210 they put other passengers in the van even though we paid for a private transfer! When I spoke to the driver they put us in another van. Our flights left at 230 and we got to the airport around 1. The first time I have had such horrible service using viator!I arrived a day late due to airline issues. Upon arrival I called & was picked up from the airport within 10-15 minutes. I appreciate the prompt response & flexibility.

We stayed hers last March and opted for a swim up room and the Exhale club. The transfer took about an hour and the check in at the preferred club was faultless. We used the preferred lounge most evenings as the drinks were of a high standard and almost no waiting. We ate in all of the restaurants and out favourite was the steak in Dreams Onyx. Our least favourite which again was on the onyx side was the Mexican. We benefited from being able to have breakfast and lunch in the preferred restaurant and the quality and service was fantastic. The chef making the omelettes was hilarious and always made us smile. The T Bone steak served for lunch was also amazing. We did have butler who was helpful and always checked in with us daily making sure we had everything we needed. The only point I would make is that the swim up rooms although very tranquil were on the chilly side. We did have a great stay here and would definetely go back.This was not m first trip to a AMR resort, but I was quite disappointed in Breathless, it wasn’t horrible but could of been better. This was not m first trip to a AMR resort, but I was quite disappointed in Breathless, it wasn’t horrible but could of been better. First of all the rooms are quite outdated, the mattress we were given to sleep on almost sunk to the floor , but was replaced the next day, our Tv would not change channels, and our jacuzzi did not work right, it took 3 days of going back and forth with guest services to get it fixed thanks finally to Ivelisse from concierge and Elizabeth, again the tv did not work even after being fixed and I have to thank Adolpho from guest services, he checked in with us everyday to see if it got fixed but the problem lies within numerous TVs not just ours, but Adolpho was so helpful and kind I cannot say enough about him. The grounds were not beautiful but okay, food wasn’t great just ok, many of the staff were not friendly at all which was very upsetting to me seeing as I have stayed at other AMR resorts and they were so friendly, I had a few activity members who never met me ask me for a good review, that was a insult, but I must name some people who were wonderful, Eddie Murphy from activity crew was very friendly and attentive to us, Francisca a pool server went above and beyond for us and is so sweet, Sadie also at the pool was great, Jhon at the beach grill was always smiling and helpful. Diara at the breakfast Buffett was a joy to see every morning with her Happy cheerful greeting , Ventura made me the best omelette and talked to me everyday, and Anderson at the waffle station was wonderful, I also would like to thank Daisy at the Nook cafe for her outstanding service , I always give credit where it’s due, but on a whole, I wasn’t thrilled with Breathless the resort itself nor the beach and a vast majority of the staff was not friendly. I say these comments not to be harsh but hopefully it will help them make it a better place.Breathless was everything I hoped and dreamed for. Wishing an hour of checking in he was handling multiple requests and had them all done instantly. He provides a schedule every day of all the activities and answers any questions you have at any time. I would definitely come back.
