We had a wonderful time visiting Cajas with our guide Diego. We learned about various medicinal plants and had a nice hike through the higher and lower levels. Definitely recommend it!

Thank you Javier. The tour guide tailored the tour to our group of 6 people with varying hiking levels (which included a toddler). He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed a gorgeous hike we wouldn't have found on our own. We highly recommend this tour.

Had a great half-day tour, which worked great for our short stay and busy schedule. We felt like we got the feel of El Cajas without having to do too much planning or physical exercise, which was perfect for what we were looking for. Wilson’s English was perfect and he shared many interesting facts about the flora, fauna and birds we saw. It was also interesting to hear some tidbits about daily life in Cuenca. He picked us up exactly on time and waited in the hotel lobby, which made things very easy. Booking was very easy. We booked through TripAdvisor and someone from Polylepsis contacted me immediately on WhatsApp for details. We took this tour with Diego who was an exceptional guide. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We are an older couple and he was very patient with us. The park itself was impressive and I highly recommend this experience. Make sure to request Diego!
