I booked this with plenty of time for any issues to arise but they couldn’t even tell me until the day before. My children were really disappointed as they were looking forward to it so much. Definitely wouldn’t book with this company! Full of excuses but didn’t seem to care!Oscar and Strawberry were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our ride and memorable tour. Oscar became rude and aggressive when I queried why the trip was only 15-20mins before departure as this was not stated on the purchase prior to payment. He became aggressive and began swearing in front of my elderly father. Rip off service and rude aggressive driver. Avoid at all costs.

We did the Carriage ride and a cold overcast day on 7th April 2022 with our horse Strawberry pulling the carriage....the ride lasted for about 40 minutes with stops along the way. Views across the park were great and our guide Oscar was very informative with a great sense of humour. He talked about the Park history the people and the surrounding buildings and local celebrities and famous tv and film shootings inside the park. He were provided with a nice warm blanket for the duration which was most welcomed. We were pleased we booked this trip and through viator for piece of mind. Don't forget to tip your carriage rider they work really hard through out the season and bring a little treat for the horse like a carrot or an apple.
