Casa Humo is a special experience. The guided cooking class is educational and enjoyable. From appetizers to dessert, from tequila to the yummy Mexican food, they create the perfect ambiance to engage in a social cooking experience with new friends. I have attended two classes and plan to go for a third. 100% I recommend. This is my first class with Casa Humo and Nidi, but it definitely won’t me my last! We felt so welcome in their home and learned so many great things about oaxaqueño cuisine.

We had an amazing time at Casa Humo! There were 3 of us and we were lucky enough to experience a private class. Not only was the food and instruction wonderful, but we truly felt welcomed into Chef Nidi’s home. We left the class with 2 thoughts - “that’s the most delicious tortillas & salsa we had ever had” and “when can we come back next”!
